They tried swapping parts, my phone (Samsung 5 Z Fold - still owe 1700 on it) was working in my truck through Bluetooth. They replaced the two screens and the back and the phone wouldn't turn on. When they put the old parts back on the phone it would power on. My logically thinking, being in the IT Infrastructure World for 25 years is that make any sense. Let’s say you replace a motherboard in a server and it won't start, and tell a company it's a brick. They basically told me there was nothing they could do. I suggested that they call Samsung, they said they won't help them. When I called Samsung, I told them I have been buying from Samsung for 20 years, I have 20k in products in my home. They were willing to help me and do whatever they can to get me up and running. Why was I told my phone was a brick but would power on with the old parts? Clearly telling me they would need to replace the board for it to identify the new screens isn't a solution, why didn't my original board detect the new screens? Think deeply on this? Why am I upset? Technically I was not told why my phone wasn't working only a theory. I want facts not theory!

I didn't have much hope for them fixing my phone but they did! I dealt with two men and they were both so nice and very helpful! I will definitely go there again and I will tell anyone who needs a service like this to go there. I had an awesome experience!

An appointment is no guarantee that they have the needed parts in stock. Drove across town to learn that parts would need to be ordered and an additional trip to their location would be necessary. Also would not quote a ballpark cost for a run-of-the-mill battery replacement until arrival at the shop. Talented service technicians but customer service could be improved upon.

The staff at uBreakiFix was very helpful explaining eveystep by step when fixing my son's phone. They took the time to triple check to make sure everything worked well before they called me to pick up the phone. All the staff was very professional and kind. I will use thing company again.

So, they have a policy that is not posted anywhere, that states no one under 18 can sign to have their phone repaired or left there. How many kids today own there phones without their parents even if it was a prepaid phone!! I can tell you there are a bunch because they have either moved out or would not take it there anyways. To say this is a joke is an understatement.Again as I stated, no where is it posted in their stores or are people told on the phone about this rule. Very Poor Customer Service

Location was extremely friendly. And staff on site was extremely knowledgeable. I did have to order my parts for repair. Location over delivered on expectations. Highly recommended for anyone needing repairs.

I like the company itself and some of the employees I’ve spoken to are very kind and very helpful but really disappointed in the service this last time. Had my iPad screen replaced cost an ungodly amount (which is normal for an iPad Pro screen) but then when I went to pick it up the person giving it to me did not know anything. I tried asking questions and he basically shrugged. The iPad screen had hard bits all over it and when I asked what it was he looked at me like I was stupid and said it was glue and that it was normal. (I’ve had phone screens fixed before and never have had glue on it still) he said I can just rub them offOnce I got home I tried taking it off with my finger and It came off but the hard dried glue scratched up the screen so I tried contacting them and they said I can bring it in but I’d have to pay for it to be fixed again. So out a few hundred dollars just to still have a broken screen. Most likely won’t return or if I do will be different location.

Dropped my $200 controller off to be fixed and when I got it back home it was more broken than when I dropped it off. Called and dude said the tech that “fixed” it wasn’t in and he would call me back. I never got called back. I wouldn’t trust them with any electronics. RB was still broken and the triggers were so loose that one just fell off. They weren’t even loose to begin with?. Waste of $75. I just sent it back to Microsoft.

I was informed every step of the way with this repair. There was even a follow up as the repair was being done, which was greatly appreciated. This was a battery replacement in a Galaxy Fold 3 which requires some time and skill. Everything looks great. So far I am very pleased.. Thank you!

I was referred to them from my phone carrier because I was having issues with the microphone of my phone. I went there, they pulled my claim and discussed other available options. They texted and called to let me know my phone was done. They were friendly and took the time to explain what was done to my phone. I would recommend their services to my friends and families.

untrustworthy for troubleshootingBrought my phone in (wasn't turning on, sounded like something was loose due to loud rattling inside) They brought it in the back for less than a minute and they said I needed the screen replaced.I asked why. They said because of these cracks and LEDs issues and pointed to maybe a hairline crack not even half a millimeter long on the side of the phone. They said that to do anything they would need to replace the full screen. I brought it to a different phone repair place and the worker said "what cracks" and when I showed him were he said "wow I can't even see that".If you have a big crack in your screen, they are probably just fine for actual replacing, but I wouldn't trust them unless I knew exactly what was wrong.
