UPS lost our next day air package and it's nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone but once we did the people at the Oshkosh location did their best to help and were very nice and respectful.

HORRENDOUS. Multiple failed deliveries or, worse yet, the drivers leave the package without signature release. When the shipper sends a package "adult signature required" and the driver just drops it off without an attempt to even ring a doorbell, theres clearly something wrong with management and/or training. Today's "delivery" was a signature required with a 4 hour window given. Surprise! They didnt deliver the package at all. I ended up waiting 8 hours for a 5 figure item just to find out they will try another day... again... NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT. The local UPS distro in Oshkosh is easily the worst Ive shipping experience Ive had.

Absolutely horrendous. Have an Apple TV ordered through Spectrum that I signed the back of delivery slip affixed to my door to unattended delivery. Your drivers have refused to deliver the item regardless. I am not home all week, but my roommate is. Why bother signing the back of a doortag, and writing on the front of it, in all caps, 'please see back for signature' if your drivers aren't going to follow their own instructions on the door tag?! Not the first time I've experienced this issue with UPS. This has happened at least a dozen times. Might as well ship this item back to Apple and charge it back to Spectrum for all I care. Your customer service reps who are outsourced can't fix this problem and your mobile app won't let me adjust delivery settings. Phenomenal customer service for 2023.... c'mon

I have had poor experiences with this location since 2006. I try to avoid buying from places that use UPS. However it was beyond my control this time. My package has been delayed by 2 days because they tried to deliver it to the wrong city! It was supposed to be delivered today but now after only one attempt to deliver it to the correct city, I got a message saying I need to pick it up, probably at the UPS hub. Really annoying that they just didn't leave it at my door in the hallway since I live in an apartment building. No signature was required! This sucks because I am not able to pick up my package today (Thursday) as it is still on the truck. The earliest I can drive there to get it will be next week Monday.

drivers don't even ring door bells they leave the note and drive off so you have to do the job for them. I work from home and mysteriously miss my packages all the time even when I'm at home all day.

Is not equipped for regular customers. They have no internet connection and a staff member brought in their own barcode scanner as one wasn't provided. This a hub, not a customer center.

The woman that returned my call was amazing . BUT THE DELIVERY GUY . he needs to be fired !!! Not only was he rude , he kicked my dog . He is a licensed service animal and up until this event has never been yelled at let alone hit for any reason. This is not my first bad experience with that same driver. From now on I will make sure I dont ship with this garbage company anymore. I think we all need to unite and make sure we dont give them any business

So just leaving this review here to complain about trying to ups why is it I have to talk to a bot then after so many attempts talk to a person who try to say I have to pay a fee of $12 but thank you to the IRL people at the ups building for being better than thier higher ups with this shady business practice I now have a number I have save in my contacts whenever I have to deal with this business

Ronable is a good guy. After I missed my delivery he helped me get my package the same day, even though he had other things he needed to do. I was disappointed I missed it but I'm glad he was able to help me.

Was delivered a package dispatched from Oshkosh location with the bottom cleanly cut open and refolded shut and all contents save for air bubble packaging removed. Package was handled and delivered by the local driver in this opened condition, it was untouched (doorbell cam) in the time between drop-off and me coming out to pick up the package.

It's a UPS store. There is usually a window of busy, the parking wasn't bad and the customer service is fine.

I was expecting a package that I had to have by 7/8 that was scheduled to arrive 7/8. On 7/8 there was still no movement on the tracking. I made several calls to the UPS 800 number and was told something different each time, arranged and paid for for pickup, then was told it was out for delivery just for them to cancel delivery and back and forth. Ugh!! But then Ryan from the Oshkosh center was truly my knight in shining armor and the driver my hero, both he and my driver saved the day and my weekend show by getting my package to me. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am to both of you! Thank you both again!!

Cannot get a hold of anyone. I stood outside and watched this guy deliver packages to the candy store next to me, drive off. Then 5 minutes later I got a deliver attempted notification.
