Service has always been fast and friendly. I drop off all of our Amazon returns there and you're in and out in, typically 2 minutes +/-.My only con for them is I wish they had longer hours. We live 30 minutes away and my husband works 12 hr shifts, in Oshkosh, so he can't get there the hours they are open.

Went into the store on a Saturday and they were sooo busy. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and didn't break a sweat with all of the people in line. Thank you for making my experience that positive. Shout out to Brad & Robert for being excellent!!!!

My absolute favorite place to drop off packages! The post office is so judgy with things brought in and I have never felt that way shipping with UPS! Brad and the rest of the staff members are wonderful! I always get in and out within less than 5 minutes!
