“I can't even begin to explain how helpful the folks have been at Lake View Auto. I was visiting town for the holiday and my van I live and travel in broke down. Thinking it would be an easy fix, turns out it was way worse than expected. Derek went above and beyond figuring out how to fix the issue - even though it was something he'd never seen happen before. He managed to figure out a way to fabricate a new engine mount for my alternator vs having the engine replaced. He understood my unique situation and is truly a miracle worker!!! “The day after Thanksgiving, disabled on the hwy. There within 15m, offering a tow to the local dealership. Being from out of town I agreed that was the best idea. Driver chimed in saying "we can fix that today." I immediately took that option over the potential cost of a dealership. We go directly to their yard which is exactly what I could of imagined. A yard, full of vehicles all years makes shapes & sizes. In my experience seeing that is simply reassurance that they know exactly what they're doing. We were given the best accommodations they could, a comfy spot out of the cold. The kicker is, the dealership I could have gone to didn't even have the part when they called, neither did the 2nd or 3rd parts delivery. The boys at Loren's got it done doing more than I'm sure I noticed. The work & customer service I received from them, I honestly couldn't have asked for more.
