Why do packages just sit in this post office? I have a package that is still not moving from this location. Many people who order from a company that ships from this post office complain on our forum that their packages either sit for days at a time or have to be reported stolen because they never receive them. What is going on at this location?

Has anyone ever delt with USPS phone service !? My LORD. Probably the worst machine loop in existence. It is literally impossible to get a human on the other side to ask simple questions. This machine self answering recorder is just on another level. It can’t even get your verbal answers correctly. I guess I’ll just have to go in in person to ask if my package is there. ??

I use this post office on a regular basis being an online reseller. I have had the best customer service experiences here. Alex is the one I work with most and he is friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. I hope he is recognized for his work!

I had a package that had been a at this post office since 12/17/2022 pending acceptance. Never delivered to my address. I received notification from where I purchased the package that it was returned. Never received notification from this post office to pick up package. Thank you for your honesty returning it. Customer service at this post office is undesirable and rude.

I just wanted to give a big thank you To Dean and Lauri for going above and beyond to help me get my package while I was on vacation I got a final notice and they were talking about sending it back while i was on vacation. Laurie helped locate the package originally and had to do to a bunch of digging to find it and called back in a timely manner with an update that she found it. Then I called Dean on a Sunday and he gave me a good number to call to let the main post office know that I still wanted my package and he sent an email as well but then the very next morning he went to the main post office, found my package and put a note on it for me! How great is that! I was so relieved to hear this. Then you so much for everything you did for me! Very much appreciated! Made my whole day!???

Edit: the girl I dealt with today with the pink hair was super rude. She shoved my package back at me and said ‘have a nice day’ in a flat/rude tone because I no longer wanted to ship (shipping was more than expected). I told her I was really sorry but that didn’t matter. There have also been times when there is one person working and there is a long wait. They say you cannot put packages with tracking numbers in the dropbox or leave them on the counter but it is ridiculous to have to sit and wait. They have a paper suggesting you go to a different location but I live a few minutes from here so why would I want to drive to the other side of townThey locked the door early?

Office usually is not busy during the week, very helpful folks. Often staffed by one person. I did have someone in line mailing 30 packages once. Which is an issue with one staff.
