This place is awful. Friendly service but don't have a clue what they are doing. Waited for an answer for over 30 min ended up leaving driving to the one by menards and got my answer within 30 seconds. They are also so consumed with trying to sell you extras that they don't even listen to the word "NO" and continue trying to up sell everything. I get it's a business, but it's just a little ridiculous. How about you know your product and plans better than maybe more people will want to actually buy stuff from your store.

Their plans are way too expensive. They also advertise constantly about get the new iPhone on us when you switch. WELL GOT NEWS FOR YA VERIZON--- NOT EVERYONE LIKES IPHONE. YUCK!!! Where's the deals for Samsung lovers?

Tell me you don't want my business without telling me you don't want my business. I'm not even a verizon customer & the level of rudeness we experienced walking in there tells me I never will be either. Can't even ask a basic question without being told to make an appointment.

January when I went to purchase a new phone, they had a promotion going; An Apple Watch and headphones were free with the purchase of a new phone. Cody assured me I was getting a better deal with my trade in and I would receive a 800$ credit (the same amount that the promotion would cost outright) He had us come back two three times for a complete download. HmmIn calling the corporate office I found out I was getting only a 300$ credit on my bill; not a check in the mail for 800$! Let’s just say you haven’t heard the last of me. Manipulation for Cody to make as much money as he could in my sale! Embarrassing!!!!

Got a tablet from them for my daughter to watch Netflix on Netflix absolutely would not work on the tablet but they still charge us a restock fee For returning it when We only returned it because it wasn't working 0 out of 10 would not recommend this place

Do not go here! They lied to us about a promotion and then refused to help us or even admit they were wrong. Completely rude and say they will do something and then do not. Not reliable, not trustworthy take your business elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!

Went in to pick up a phone for an added line to my account and to upgrade my own phone. Our customer service representative, JACK, was very kind, helpful, and fast during our visit. He did a great job informing us of the different specs of our phones without making us feel belittled for not knowing. We were in and out in 20 minutes! We were expecting to be there for 45 minutes to a hour based on past experiences at phone stores. Thanks, Jack for your great service!

Want to thank manager Jessica at the Oshkosh store for the great professionalism and compassion for the issues I dealt with a Verizon customer service call center representative over the phone. A wrong product was sent to me and was told over the phone that I would have to pay for the correct product as well as the one that was wrong. She quickly took care of this and I was in and out of the store in a timely fashion. She is to be commended for the way customer service is suppose to look like! Thanks Jessica!

I visited this store with my 80 yr old father to upgrade his 3G flip phone. We spoke to two reps, Alexander (Day 1) and Jessica (Day 2). They were both phenomenally helpful and patient. Jessica not only investigated his account to maximize service and minimize cost, she also laughed at his terrible jokes and reassured him that if he had any trouble with the new technology, all he had to do was come back to the store and she would help him. Jessica let us try out various cases and did as much setup as she could in the store, all courteously and patiently and, best of all, adjusted volume for my hard of hearing dad. Highly recommend this store, particularly if you're supporting your folks or grandfolks.

This is the store that had been solving my problems for the past 4 years, the past week I've had problems with my SIM card. fine whatever I'll just stop in and get a new card the manager says it will be a 2 hour wait because only he, the manager, can put in the SIM cards. 6 months, ten months, 1 and 3 years ago I put the SIM card in my own phone with an associate just giving me the card I needed. Well that's the policy that's been in state since he has been the manager, how long have you been the manager? One month. We're busy and it's going to take 2 hours before somebody can get to you or you can make an appointment for later no sir I don't have that kind of time good luck micromanaging and I'll be on my way.
