I live in Jackson. With 3 easily accessible Verizon places to go to. I choose Oshkosh, as my daughter’s recommendation. It’s with the hours drive to receive the best service. I had Danielle and she is the best. Give this girl a bonus!!! How many people travel this far for the best person to support her.

They gave me and my husband incorrect information and wasted 2 hours of our time. Danielle was very rude, never apologized for the inconvenience. My husband asked her to call the manager, she said she doesn't do that. Also refused to give their name. Will not go back here.

This is a for-profit Victra store. The Verizon you want to go to is on Koehler. That is the corporate store. They will help you for free there. Victra stores will charge you for everything and try to sell you a new phone when you don't even need one.

Store manager Jay and his associate not only met but exceeded my expectations in the best way.
Both Jay and his associate were understanding, patient and had the knowledge and understanding of not only my issue but their inventory which they utilized to give me my best customer experience.
