Honestly the customer service has went all the way down their new phone system is a pain in the butt and I along with others probably experienced these problems which make going to Walgreens a headache instead of a relief I remember when Walgreens was the best place on Earth to go

Decent pharmacy and a great selection of greeting cards (which is the only reason this is 3 stars), but everything that they sell off the shelves is outrageously priced

20 minutes in line with 2 windows and 1 YES 1 car was helped at 4pm!! This is ridiculous. The amount of money people pay for meds you should be able to get people through faster then that. I'll be moving my prescriptions. Maybe a few hundred dollars a month won't effect you but I'm hoping a few hundred join me. Across the street is a CVS maybe they want business.

Terrible staff and manager Ashley is nothing but rude. Go in to deposit money and she refuses service and starts yelling and escalating the issue in front of her staff and her customers. Called the fond du lac store and had nothing bet nice things to help me and told me to stop at there location where they would do it for me. Definitely need to rethink there upper staff as the checkout lady was better at the situation than her own manager

Never have medication in stock. This is the second time in less than a month I have to wait for my medication that I need today. They won't have it for 5 days. I will be having prescriptions transfered to a more reliable pharmacy where I can get my medication the same day.

Today, a pharmacy tech told me my terminally ill child's insurance didn't cover amoxicillin (it does) and that they would not pursue filling the medication. This could result in a life-threatening emergency, landing us in the hospital. If I could rate this abhorrent business 0, I would. In failing to do his job, he threatened my daughter's life. Shame on you.

If you call and complain to corporate the female pharmacist will make it so you can’t pick up your prescriptions at this location ONLY. My doctor sent the scripts, they filled them, when I went to get them I was told I couldn’t pick them up but couldn’t be told why. Called corporate, the pharmacist can refuse to fill any prescription from anyone she wants. Nothing you can do.

Horrible. The pharmacists are utter hell to deal with. Rude, uninformative, go out of their way to be not helpful. Constant lies.

We spent 5 hours in the ER. I called the pharmacy 30 minutes after being discharge to make sure they received the prescription. The pharmacist said they never got it and said we are lucky if any ER sends our prescription in within 1 hour after discharge. I called again after 20 mins and they said they finally got it but we are #18 on the list and will call us when ready. After another 30 mins we drove up to the drive thur window. The lady on the mic said she never received the RX. I told her I spoke with the pharmacist who said he'll work on it. She said there is #18 people ahead of you, you will have to wait. She said she doesn't know when it will be ready and can not give us a time!!!!! She used the excused they are short staff. It's 9PM, we are the only vehicle in the lanes. You are going to call those #18 people who are ahead of us at 9PM to pick up their meds at this time? Really????!!! We left not knowing when the RX will be filled.

Of course the only 24 hour pharmacy within close proximity to hospital. It sure would be nice to come here and not have to deal with incompetencies in billing insurance. No one wants to waste 1-2 hours of their life at Walgreens every time they need a prescription.

I could not belive the rudeness of the pharmacist on 9/10/24 @ 1:29AM. We had just spent 7 hours in the ER, we were out of town for a wedding, and our baby is 6 weeks old. On our way back to the hotel we stopped for her prescription she needed to take by 6am. The pharmacist came to the window and when asked to fill my newborns prescription he replying with "I literally close in 1 minute and open back up at 2am" I gave him a desperate look and explained again she is a baby and needs her medicine. He again replied "like I said, I close in 1 minute" never in my life have I experienced so little empathy. He also told me he would be there, but has other things to catch up on so even if I stayed, he wouldn't get to my prescription until 2:30 am. Completely disgusting considering they are considered a 24 hour pharmacy.

I've only had one interaction with them at the pharmacy and so far, she was very rude on the phone as of today 7/21/24. No idea what her name was. Probably didn't want to give it as they act this way towards everyone from what I'm reading judging by these reviews. Walgreens in Ripon is no better. This company is really going downhill. I'll give them one chance to make this right. They won't miss my business if I go back to Wal-Mart but it shouldn't have to be this way.

They make getting important medication extremely difficult. You spend 5+ mins wasting time with call center that can't help when checking status. They can't even figure out how to automate some process that would benefit customers. Instead their automated process makes thing more difficult.
