They had my original review deleted. Pharmacy staff is RUDE. Just look at any of the other reviews. They will talk rudely to you, take hours to fill prescriptions, then scream at you and swear while saying they wont help you because you called their employee out on her rude behavior. CVS filled the script in less than 10 minutes when it took walgreens over 2 hours (and they cancelled it after I showed up asking why and the tech got an attitude with me). Aurora is also great. Avoid this location. The pharmacy staff takes their name tags off to try and avoid being reported.

This location has gone down hill. The techs are mean and rude, many times they do not wear name tags so we cannot report them. If you do night time pickup, you will see the employees in one corner congregating and will become upset when you ring the bell for service, as if the customer is bothering their fun time. I was only continuing service here because it was open 24 hours, but that now has changed. Honestly, CVS (not too far from this disaster) is so much better. I will be switching my kids prescriptions from this place.

The older lady working the night shit at 11 pm was so rude. The other one was great, but man she was so rude. My card declined because I forgot to unlock it, and all she did was sigh loudly and said are you going to pay. It honestly was shocking how rude she was because normally I have a pleasant experience.

I have ALWAYS had a pleasant experience with this Pharmacy & store. The staff & management is by far the best in Oshkosh! Knowledgeable, helpful & always courteous!

I needed to get some allergy medication with a decongestant, which is only available at the pharmacy. Since it was around 6:30 am and I was done with suffering, I found that this Walgreens stated online that their pharmacy was open 24 hours. When I arrived there I noticed a sign saying that the pharmacy does not open until 9 am on the weekends. This was beyond frustrating as I was already not feeling well to begin with and I would not recommend this location or Walgreens in general if they are not able to update their hours online to reflect what they are at the store. It only highlights poor management of these stores.

Honestly the customer service has went all the way down their new phone system is a pain in the butt and I along with others probably experienced these problems which make going to Walgreens a headache instead of a relief I remember when Walgreens was the best place on Earth to go

The attitude coming from all the employees at this location is awful. Zero friendliness ever. They always make you feel like an inconvenience to their day. Loathe having to come to Walgreens at all.

Very busy and inefficient pharmacy. Their staff have been unable to help me get the supplies I need for medical treatment. I went there in person, they said they would order the supplies. Then I called to check on the status as the prescription/supplies disappeared from my Walgreens account. The pharmacist closed my prescription without filling it for an unknown reason. The staff I spoke to said they couldn't look up to see if they did order my supplies a few days prior as they said they would... because it would take too much time.

The pharmacist doesn’t wear a tag for me to know her name, but no matter what time of day I come to get prescriptions, she acts exasperated. To begin with, she doesn’t come to the window, so after waiting a few minutes I push the button for service. She picks the phone up and acts irritated and says she’ll be with me shortly. Many times this is early in the morning, and despite being the only customer in line, it takes several minutes up to seven minutes to be helped. She seems very irritated anytime she helps me, and especially if I press the button, but rarely will acknowledge I’m at the window unless I do. I can understand she might hate her job, and I’ve seen the drive though completely packed, so I do get being irritable…but I’ve been there at all times of the day and am treated like a massive inconvenience to her no matter what time I stop.

For the last 9 months.. every time I have to fill a prescription.. I get told it will take an hour.. 3 hours later my medication isn’t even on the list to be filled.. then being told it’s going to take even longer! Or sitting in the drive throw line for more than a hour is truly not okay at all! When I go inside.. I see at least 6-8 people back there! If not a couple more.. Walgreens has gone down hill and I’ll be switching pharmacies! It’s truly not worth the hassle anymore!

I went to have some pictures printed out. The clerk got impatient with helping me, as I had never used kiosk. Then she said pictures would be ready in 5-8 minutes. I looked around the store, and it got to be over 10 minutes. I went up to ask about my pictures, and she had put them up on the shelf. But she had called out several names, that their pictures were ready. She was busy stocking some shelves, so another clerk helped me. She should not have been working in the photo area.

Not very helpful. Service is horrible. The second time I’ve had my prescriptions incorrect and had the staff argue that it was my doctor only to have them then admit to making a mistake and then laugh about it.The thing is, the drugs I need are keeping me alive, so o didn’t see the humor.
