The pharmacist doesn’t wear a tag for me to know her name, but no matter what time of day I come to get prescriptions, she acts exasperated. To begin with, she doesn’t come to the window, so after waiting a few minutes I push the button for service. She picks the phone up and acts irritated and says she’ll be with me shortly. Many times this is early in the morning, and despite being the only customer in line, it takes several minutes up to seven minutes to be helped. She seems very irritated anytime she helps me, and especially if I press the button, but rarely will acknowledge I’m at the window unless I do. I can understand she might hate her job, and I’ve seen the drive though completely packed, so I do get being irritable…but I’ve been there at all times of the day and am treated like a massive inconvenience to her no matter what time I stop.

For the last 9 months.. every time I have to fill a prescription.. I get told it will take an hour.. 3 hours later my medication isn’t even on the list to be filled.. then being told it’s going to take even longer! Or sitting in the drive throw line for more than a hour is truly not okay at all! When I go inside.. I see at least 6-8 people back there! If not a couple more.. Walgreens has gone down hill and I’ll be switching pharmacies! It’s truly not worth the hassle anymore!

I went to have some pictures printed out. The clerk got impatient with helping me, as I had never used kiosk. Then she said pictures would be ready in 5-8 minutes. I looked around the store, and it got to be over 10 minutes. I went up to ask about my pictures, and she had put them up on the shelf. But she had called out several names, that their pictures were ready. She was busy stocking some shelves, so another clerk helped me. She should not have been working in the photo area.

Not very helpful. Service is horrible. The second time I’ve had my prescriptions incorrect and had the staff argue that it was my doctor only to have them then admit to making a mistake and then laugh about it.The thing is, the drugs I need are keeping me alive, so o didn’t see the humor.

Do not use this pharmacy. To get meds or flu shot. Absolutely horrible customer service. There are 2 other locations in Oshkosh and a CVS next door. Save your self some time, GO THERE.

Pharmacist calmly explained what was going on with my order being delayed and helped me get it all straightened out with insurance. Order was ready for me to pickup when I got there and line wasn’t too bad

COVID “Rapid” test took 5 hours for them to only try once to CALL for the results, they said it “just kept ringing” yet they never sent an email for the results after they couldn’t get through.Costed $20 to get a 5 hour “rapid” test that I could’ve got an at home test for immediate results or spent 4 more dollars to get 2 at home immediate result tests. Blunt service when calling, move at the pace of a snail. Don’t get a rapid drive through test.

So unbelievably rude. First of all. I never go into Walgreens to begin with. But they were unfortunately the only one in town (that I know of) who carries Amazon gift cards. I go in to spend my Visa gift cards on Amazon gift cards so I don’t have to deal with the Visa card balance bs. The old man at the register was completely nasty and snarky about having to make more than one transaction. I know I know… sooo inconvenient. This old woman cashier piped up behind him and asked why I was doing that. I explained to her what the deal was with the Visa gift cards. She looked at me like I was a walking math formula. And then rolled her eyes at me. Just because you don’t understand something that does not give you the right to be rude to someone. Learn some customer service skills. It will take you far in life.

Not good. Stopped for refill for 1 prescription. Just called was out on hold 15 min. Called back l was transferred to a second person. Think l will be going back to hometown pharmacy.

Walgreens....what can you say?I was picking up a prescription and the store on 9th Street serves so many in Oshkosh because of their 24 hour availability.Kudos to the crew in the pharmacy as it cannot be an easy job. They are always respectful and willing to help. They know their job and when things are going smoothly they are very fast.Noone wants to wait 25 minutes to grab their medicine but with a large portion of Oshkoshians choosing 9th Street Walgreens as their pharmacy that is just a part of the process.When I have to go to Walgreens I try to stick to the drive through because I know if I go inside I'll buy something more ?. It's artfully displayed so I find exactly what I don't need but absolutely have to have. Marketing execs at Walgreens win every time I walk inside ?♀️?♀️?.

But now, we still haven’t received the results, it’s already around 12 hours! The plane took off long time ago! If you can not give the results within two hours, why your app and website promised this?!

Sitting in the drive thru for over 45 minutes is horrendous. And when you call and see what is going on because you are quite literally stuck, they basically tell you they cant do anything and theyre running slow today. Absolutely horrible customer service, and no drive to do better.

On Saturday 1/21 at around 3pm my husband went here to fill my prescriptions after I was released from the hopsital after sugery from my severely broken leg. The pharmacist was rude and not just to him but to several other customers as well. There was an issue with filling one of the medications with our insurance.. no big deal. But the voice mail left by the pharmacist was beyond un professional. Then she called me again I answered . I was questioned as to why I didn't answer, I explained I had just had surgery.. she said " well did you even listen to my voicemails?" "Ugh if you had bothered listening to the voice mail I would have tonwaste my time calling you again to tell you your prescription could be picked up" I'm unsure how this woman got a job in customer service..she clearly has no business dealing with people and has zero compassion. She was also quite rude to her coworkers. I will not be back to this location for anything again. Ifni could have left negative stars inwould have.
