Growing to hate this pharmacy more every time I have to go there. I called in my prescription on Tuesday and couldn’t get it until Wed. well I forgot about picking it up until Thursday. Went to pick it up, told the guy I had come to pick up my prescription, he said I have one ready for you and he put it in a bag and I paid for it. Got home started supper and opened the bag and in the bag was another sealed bag with my prescription for a drug that I no longer take and not the one I had called and requested. Naturally they were closed at 6:03 p.m. so This morning I went back in there and told them that they had given me the wrong prescription, one that I no longer even take and I didn’t get the one I had called in for. I was told I should have checked before I left the pharmacy and they can’t take anything back. It is still sealed in the pharmacy bag they gave me for crying out loud. I didn’t screw up they did. Pharmacists are not supposed to make those kid of mistakes, that is what they go to school for. How many old people check their pills before they leave the pharmacy? From now on I guess I will have to take them out of the bag and pill bottle and even count them right their before I leave their damn counter, I don’t care how many people I hold up in line. Jerks! After all that they told me they couldn’t fill the prescription I had called in u till Sat. because of my insurance and they aren’t open on Saturday at this pharmacy anyway. GRRRRRRR!!!!!!

While coughing and hacking up a storm, the Pharmacist at Emmers Lane Oshkosh, felt his lunch break was more important than taking a couple of minutes to prepare my prescription. When I was an Assistant Manager for them, customers were king, even if it pushed you outside our comfort zone. Apparently lunch breaks are now more important than customer service.

I think the people that work in walgreens pharmacys are taught to be rude to customers and act like there some kind of little gods I've ran into this at more than one walgreens

This used to be my go-to pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions because it was the closest one to me. Because of the hours, I had to switch to a different location couple times so I could pick up my medications. But let me tell you, this is my final straw. I've been waiting for then to fill my prescription for nearly 4 weeks now!!!! If I hadn't been taken the medication everyday (like I'm supposed to) I would be out by now and my health would be in the dumpster. Bloody hell. How long does it take to count and order one medication. I almost want to demand to receive the name brand over generic for making me wait this long. F**** Like I had mentioned previously, I had ordered 4 prescriptions to a different Walgreens and THEY WERE ALL READY IN UNDER 24 HOURS. If you need prescriptions DO NOT go to this Walgreens.

Went to urgent care on 10/03/21 they sent my prescription here. I get here n no pharmacist. So had to chase to another Walgreens n start all over. Unreal. How can you not have a pharmacist!!!!
