Most times I get my ADHD medication filled at this location, and 90% of the time I am side eyed by the pharmacy staff-getting looked at as a drug seeker.
In no way should you be judged for a medication that you were prescribed by your provider, regardless of the nature of the drug.
Nicole, the pharmacy manager has always been so sweet to me. Preventing hiccups and the whatnot processing my prescription. Outside of that, i am absolutely disgusted by this pharmacies behavior.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. The constantly make mistakes and blame the customer. It's my fault you filled my prescription wrong and I have to suffer. They could care less.

Always a line. Whether in drive thru or in the store. Half the techs just moved from the front registers to the pharmacy but act like they are MDs or licensed Pharmacists themselves. Biggest problem I've seen is workers eating while filling prescriptions and letting their conversations hold them back from actually getting their work done.

I have gone through many pharmacist in Oshkosh and today I experienced the best customer service and health from the pharmacy in Walgreens on Murdock-The ladies were extremely helpful and honestly wanted to help with coupons and help me understand the new medication. Thank you so much!

Someone is going to end up hurt or worse dead because of this pharmacy. They think getting people their medication is a joke. Ciniya is extremely rude and will laugh at you when asking for help. According to her, we need her, she doesn’t need the customer so she can do whatever she wants.

Waited in line in the drive thru for the pharmacy. Got blocked in. Waited for 30 minutes behind one car. Pulled up for for when it was my turn. Looked at the window and a sign read “drive thru closed”. Really? Come on. Do better posting Walgreens.

I never get my prescription on time. If it’s not filled on time there’s at least a half hour line to get my script, whether that’s drive through or in the store. Probably gonna transfer my prescription to CVS since customer service is trash here.

Stay far away from this place. Looong wait times, always problems with them filling medicine or not having medication in stock .... I could go on. I don't know but I've never had a positive experience with this Walgreens pharmacy.

Everyone is nice but they never seem to be properly staffed in the pharmacy, even pre-covid. I sat on hold for over an hour (1 hr and 23 min to be exact) the other day to try and get my daughters prescription transferred (antibiotic) only to be told I needed to call back in the am cause they closed while I was on hold

If you hope to get your medicine in a timely manner, you can forget it with this Walgreens. I don’t believe my medicine has ever been ready on time. Either I wait up to a week for it to be filled, or my app says there’s a problem with the medicine only for me to go in and it’s actually ready. When I call for help, the staff is either rude or I’m put on a wait list for a half hour. For someone with physical disabilities, it’s hard to go inside every time there’s a problem. Furthermore, I shouldn’t have to argue that I need lifesaving medicine and can’t afford to not have it on time. And if you’re going through the drive through, make sure you have a book to read…

not sure why the pharmacy tech had to be so rude and sassy over transferring a prescription? considering there's like three Oshkosh Walgreens just go to one of the other ones, their staff is just not up to par
