  They ship you items that dont fit your toilet tank, then force you to not only pay for your own return, but only refund the amount of the item minus 8.99, but not the order total.   If you try to checkout as a guest, your zip code comes up invalid, presumably so that you have to call in, at which point they strong-arm you to buy more or join their promotional program(s). Type in any zip code as a guest, and you'll see.

  Automation for payment not working so sent my call to live agent. I was told I would have to pay a dollar service fee for my payment with agent. Why? In called for no longer a customer
