Nick Vogel, my loan officer was like having a big brother watch over me during the loan process for my car. He saved me a great deal in those add ons a normal customer doesn't tend to see when looking at the bottom line. Great guy to work with, would highly recommend him.

Is it legal for bob the bank manager to come to your house for being behind on a payment on a CREDIT CARD? Anyone else experience this? Doesnt seem legal? Like they should get in trouble for that. Unprofessional. Its a credit card. Not a house loan, not a car loan, not a personal loan. Credit card.

I worked with Cheryl Grabner and she was amazing. Not only did we transfer our current truck loan to there but we also got a second one. She was very helpful and fast at responding. She goes the extra mile to make sure you get what you want.

We haven't had any issues banking here and the service has always been excellent. Our car loan paperwork didn't take long and we walked out with the check to take to the dealership and had our new to us vehicle the same day.

Worst credit Union ever! I wanted to make a purchase with my debit card with money that I actually had there and they would not let it go through. I had already called and ask them if I had any protection if I use my debit card which they told me no I did not I could not do a chargeback. So I was going to do this through PayPal because then I would have protection but they would not allow it to go through. It was my money I don't know why they would think it was their money since they didn't protect it anyway and not let me have it!

I would give them zero stars if I could! This banking institution is an absolute joke! My husband currently has no debit card and is making his third phone call to try and get one before we leave for vacation. The same thing happened with my card last month. They just cannot get it together. Every time I go to make an online purchase they block the purchase and I have to call to have it released. Stay far far away. I will be changing banks tomorrow.

They gave us great rates on our home and auto loans, but some of their employees are completely incompetant. I'm sitting in the drive thru now waiting for them to fix their mistake after the teller took my mortgage payment and applied it to my wife's vehicle loan, after I clearly told her TWICE, that I wanted to make a mortgage payment. I've been here 15 minutes and nobody knows what to do. They want me to auto pay but auto pay is not what I want.Edit - After posting this Mike the branch VP reached out and was very decent and apologetic. Changed my rating from 3 stars to 4.

Extremely poor customer service. I had gotten an overdraft notice in the mail and quickly resolved the issue with the original bill in which it was never suppose to have been drawn from the account at this bank to begin with. Talked to a manager at this local branch and they said they cannot reverse the fees but then later stated that it can be reversed with a written document. I've never dealt with a bank that cant reverse the fees right away if the situation was understandable which this definitely was. Very disappointed and I'm relieved I switched main banks years ago.

I agree with below. They are completely inconsistent and I have been coming here for years. I'm so sick of the BS after my call this morning. I ordered checks 10 days ago (they let me know it would take 7-10 days) and when I called to confirm if they were in transit to be delivered, she let me know they forgot to order them. UNREAL. People rely on this kind of stuff. And when I told her I need this tomorrow, i didn't get an apology, just a "oh there's no way these can arrive tomorrow". GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!
