Messed up the address and sent the card to the wrong place even though we told them twice to send to new address. Then they tried to charge $45 to expedite their mistake.

Moved to Osseo, haven't established a bank as of yet. Went through the drive-thru to ask for change. They refused to give me change because I didn't have an account with them. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
