This is the epitome of small town charm. Karly and the postmaster are so kind and hard working. They go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. As a small business owner, I ship hundreds of packages a month and every time I go in, I’m greeted with a smile and made to feel like I am the only person in the world. The personalized service here is perfect! USPS as a whole has their issues, but this post office is tops! Love our mail carrier too ?

Due to my own mistake, I had a package sent to my old address in Osseo. I called the post office, and Gary was kind enough to go out of his way to help me fix my problem. Thank you so much for all you guys do!

Packaging is never delivered on time, tracking always says days earlier than it's actually delivered. Mail delivery has been to other homes numerous times. I will never ever use USPS for shipping anything I want there on time.
