This is a fairly good location for accessing the Black River to paddle or fish. The gravel draw makes for easy launching and landing. It's a fairly long carry/drag to the water from the nearest parking.

Went here for a grad party. Good shelter with picnic tables. Nice walking/hiking trails though woods. Some trails next to creek or stream.

A/C in car didn't work and it was a hot day. Needed to stop, found this place. Nice place to cool off in the river and get some cool well water.
