“I just want to say that in the 14 yrs. that I have been living here in Montello, that the Postal Service has always been professional, pleasant and friendly towards me. They have always been exceptional in their delivery service as well. I've been meaning to compliment them for a long time. The woman and men in the office have always gone out of their way to do the best thing for me when mailing packages. Even when they have been understaffed and swamped with many customers. I enjoy going into the office because of their efficiency and politeness. They have never rushed me when I was being taken care of. The same holds up for all of the other customers before me & waiting in line. I'd like to shout out to everyone employed there Thank you so very much!”
“All post offices are not created equal. Some are just average, some below average, some above. This one is way above average. Maybe because it's in a very small town. Whatever it is, the service was great & customer service way above most others.”
