Not a good experience all around!! Went with paperwork she said we didn't even have to file, I said are you sure even with this paper she said oh yea I guess you do, then it took 3 weeks, i thought making an appointment meant she would do them during the appointment. Went to pay the fee was OUTRAGEOUS. I stood there for 25 min waiting to be able to pay because system was down. Left, then had to come back and show her she entered the wrong address on the estate filing even tho she had copies of everything with the correct address. She talked down to me and my husband like we had no idea about anything then was proved wrong. Then learned that she didn't even actually file them yet even after signature and payment cause again they were having a hard time with system. Very poor, rude service that was expensive for the wrong inputting of number from a tax person which seems crazy since inputing numbers is what they do for a living. HOw many other people numbers has she messed up. Will definitely not return ever for any reason!!!! IF you have to go to h and r block find a diffrent location I guess because salem was awful!!

Christine at this H&R Block was so friendly and efficient. She did our return in one visit and we are thrilled about that. We are planning to return next year and beyond that. The price was also very good and way less than what we were used to.
