I wanted to get the bumper and hood painted on a matte white car I just bought due to rock chips, sun damage and scrapes. Justin and the team at Perfection were able to perfectly match the Bianco Canopus matte white finish which I thought would be a nightmare to get done. “Quality tire is awesome! I’m very picky about what tires I use and when I called to see if they carried the brand I prefer. They didn’t have them in stock but the gentleman I spoke with said he would have no problems getting them, he collected the information on brand and size, never once tried to sell me anything other than what I wanted and respected my choice, when they came in was very prompt on contacting me to set up and appointment to have them installed, I had two other issues I wanted addressed ( an oil change and had a funky burning oil smell coming from my engine) and he added those concerns to my appointment, when I arrived they took the time to ask me a few questions to help them address the issue with the smell coming from my engine that I was concerned about, they worked hard and to not only replace all 4 of my tires but also the oil change ( which cost me a lot less than where I typically go for an oil change), they found what was causing the smell, a bad gasket dripping oil onto my exhaust that needed replacing that I had already had replaced by the dealership I got my car from and instead of trying to fix it for me and costing me more money, they gave me the information so I could take it back to where I originally had it done and saved me at least a thousand dollars! They even allowed me to pick my car up after hours and when I drove home it drove so nice almost like new! I will definitely return anytime I need work done on my car and will definitely be referring my friends and family! Thank you so much Quality Tire for all your hard work!! You guys Rock! ?????”

“Lynnea, the owner, is very knowledgeable and has outstanding customer service skills.
I brought my Rav4 in for noise with the back door where the wheel hangs. Lynnea had one of her techs look and quickly determine the Rav4s have an issue with the door shifting due to the added weight of the tire.
I scheduled a day to have the work performed, and upon pick up, the bill was under $100!!
I had taken my car elsewhere for an estimate, and they were replacing the back door latch and other parts for almost $700. ?
I'm back to enjoying a much quieter ride!

“Wow, what a great and satisfying experience with the service team at Kunes in Lake Geneva !! My newer car,a Buick was serviced smooth and quick. 4 days later i brought in my 20 year old chrysler for repairs on the brake line and ongoing trouble with the starting system.over a few days they communicated with me thru-out the day via calls, texts and video!! took a lot of trouble-shooting on their part {non-availability of parts from Chrysler}etc.they completed All the necessary repairs expertly.I couldn't be more pleased with everything and for less money than i had anticipated!!
