“Our local post office is top notch. In the five years I've lived here, everything to totally reliable & like clockwork. Whenever I've had to go into the lobby for something, everyone is always helpful & makes the experience pleasant. I had a package get delayed along the way recently & called in to ask about it. Shannon, the PostMaster, was most attentive to my situation, kept me informed during the investigation & when it was located, called me herself to let me know my item would be delivered. I'm very pleased & feel like these people really care & I think they're doing a great job over there in that Twin Lakes Post Office.”

“Chris at the Lake Geneva Post Office saved the day! I had a box shipped overnight from a vendor to my customer's event venue for an event this weekend. Lo and behold... the venue doesn't have a mailbox and doesn't accept USPS deliveries. What?! I am a wedding stationer and I have never heard of anyone just *choosing* to not receive mail from the postal service. Chris had the foresight to hang onto the box instead of returning to sender; he answered my call on the first ring and knew before I told him what I was calling about. We were able to arrange for someone from the venue to pick up the held box at the Post Office, and now my customer will have her items for her wedding, all thanks to Chris thinking on his feet.
