A must stop for the family! We all enjoyed looking into windows of museum filled with historical artifacts! Educated kids more on Laura Ingalls and her novels "Little House" Lots of information and photos outside of past and present, as well as quaint old park the whole family enjoyed! Definitely recommend this stop!

The site is presently closed to the public. For more information, contact the Laura Ingalls Wilder Memorial Society of Pepin. The depot building, located in the Laura Ingalls Wilder park on the great river road in Pepin, is one of the last (or the last?) surviving small town stations built by the Burlington Northern railroad.
