Batteries Plus cell phone battery replacement was smooth good price and on an older phone great people to work with as a consultant and repair . Battery had to be ordered as was available next day👍👍

Had a commitment to go on an American Legion motorcycle ride the next morning when I checked my 2020 Harley Road Glide Limited the evening before and found that my battery had finally “given up its ghost”. A quick search online connected me to a local Batteries Plus store and the specific battery I needed. Within about an hour and a half, I had removed my old battery, drove to the Batteries Plus store, bought the new replacement battery and installed it. Everything turned out flawlessly and my experience at Batteries Plus was great - in and out in about 10 minutes with the new battery. Saved big $$$s by doing it myself, and Batteries Plus had the required battery fully charged and in stock.

Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Battery recycling, help finding a string weed-trimmer battery, and my new Roomba battery makes my Roomba as peppy as when I first took it out of the box!

Every time I go to this location, I always have a good experience. There are a handful of people I've met at this location and they know what they are doing. And if something is wrong, they make sure to make it right and are friendly about it. I had a truck battery that was about 2 yrs into the 3 yr warranty, I couldn't conclude if it was the battery, alternator, or some other electrical gremlin troubling me. They warrantied out the battery without almost any question. Yes, you might pay a little more for car battery (they are usually very competitive), but the service you get goes far beyond a small upcharge.
Most importantly, batteries come in different qualities. I could have purchased a battery that was 1/4 to 1/2 the price off amazon or something like this - those are JUNK! Batteries Plus only sells quality batteries. Do not fool around with junk batteries - you will eventually get burned...sometimes physically.

I set out this afternoon to get a new battery for my car because it wasn’t running quite right. Zander tested my battery and confirmed my suspicions that it needed to be replaced. They both worked together for the purchase and getting the battery from the back. Michael installed it in about 5 minutes. Both of these guys were professional, personable and thorough with explaining what the readings were on the test, along with the battery options for my car. I was in and out within 15 minutes with my car running great! This was my first visit to this location and I will be returning from now on. I can get a battery anywhere, but the customer service with Micheal and Zander was outstanding!

Took my old iPhone 8 in for a new battery. Mike was running the whole store himself and he was swamped. But he did a great job of making sure every customer was going to get his attention as fast as he could make it happen. He told me it might be about 3 hours before he got to it. Fine by me and I left the phone. He called my wife’s phone about two hours later and said he was done. I stopped in to pick it up and pay my bill. He gave me a few pointers on iPhone care. He was great to work with. I highly recommend this store and in particular I highly recommend Mike!!

Great customer service. Plenty of products available. They even changed my key battery here for free. Much cheaper than a dealership or mechanic.
