I had an awful experience at this gas station and I will never be back. The unfortunate thing is that I liked to come here to support them because Kwik Trip is right across the street and up until this point I had good interactions with the staff. I came her yesterday and got $15.00 worth of gas. I used my card on my phone. As I’m driving away the owner comes out and almost jumps in front of my vehicle. Tells me I stole gas from him. Not even sure how that’s possible. I told him it obviously took my payment. You can’t go around getting free gas. Your card has to be accepted in order to get gas. He was very rude to me and treated me like a criminal. He was yelling at me to show him my bank account and to show a receipt. I ended up going inside to pay again because I wasn’t sure what happened and I didn’t want an interaction with the police. I can’t believe I was treated this way. Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time.

If you're driving a Volkswagon or Audi TDI or other diesel auto you need to know this petrol station. The car diesel pump is separate from the others. They don't have diesel for cars at other gas stations in the area, though Kwik Trip has diesel with the bigger pump spout that won't fit in a German diesel car tank opening. Your usual selection of snacks and beverages, lotto games, stale coffee, and pretty good service.

I used to go there frequently with no problems. I really enjoyed coming there. Went once about a year ago, it was fine. Today (after purchasing $218.00 worth of fuel) was treated rudely! I will never be back!

New owners are difficult to understand and do not seem to know how the Pick N Save points work. Tried twice to use points at this station and there will not be a third!

Would stop in here every morning before work, place is great, friendly staff. Only issue i have is they dont allow open carry or concealed carry into the store. Will be taking my $55+ gas purchases it takes every two days to fill my truck elsewhere. I support businesses that respect the right to bear arms, not anti gun businesses.
