“Value for money car wash facility, offering free vacuums and clothes to wipe down the car post the wash. They also clean the floor mats if you take them inside. Different grades for the car cleaning as well, which works well if you buy a monthly membership. The staff is friendly, and super efficient. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an efficient car wash.”

“I had to get body work done after an accident, and I ended up going with Collision County Line based on a recommendation. Honestly relieved I did. The staff was upfront with me the whole way through — no pressure, no weird upselling, just clear answers about what needed fixing and why. They kept me posted while my car was in the shop, which I appreciated since that part of the process can be stressful. Pricing was also better than a couple other quotes I'd gotten. Car came back looking good as new. Not something I was excited to deal with, but they made a bad situation a lot more manageable. Would go back if I ever needed to (though hopefully I won't).”

“Great Kudos to Larry and Roadrunner Car Wash in Menomonee Falls. My relative was on auto pay for car washes at Roadrunner and became disabled and was no longer driving. She never stopped the auto pay and was deducted 40 monthly for a car wash. When I took over paying her bills, I realized she had been paying for a car wash for over a year and had not been using this service. I contacted Roadrunner to discontinue this auto deduct and spoke with Larry about getting a refund for the previous year's charges. He was very accommodating and gave us a 2 month refund which could be done through the computer, but then explained he couldn't go further back than that, but gave us a one year free future car wash program for another car. Thank you Larry. Great customer accommodations. Highly recommend !!!! Five Stars for customer service and community business responsibility.”

“I’ll preface this by saying that I can’t speak to the actual car washing services of Trackside, but the owner was so kind to me when I had car troubles. My muffler was hanging off, and he spent about 30 minutes meticulously tying it back up so I could get home safe. As a young adult woman, I more than appreciated him taking the time to help me.
I believe the integrity and character of a business owner are just as important as their services, so I can’t express my gratitude enough to Trackside!”
“This is a great car wash. Easy to get in and out of. I love that they take the extra step and wipe your car off at the end of the cycle for you. “I have used Jilly’s car was since it opened in Brookfield- actually have three cars with the Ultimate package. Nothing like a clean car. There is only one issue I would like to leave a tip and wish it would automatically placed on my credit card like the monthly car wash is done. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. “We met Rosie at the store on West St Paul Ave in Waukesha. Once we learned she moved to this store, we started coming here! She is amazing at customer service and knows us by name! We recently ran into an issue where my card wasn't working and Rosie whipped out her wallet and covered our purchase!! Kwik Trip needs more Rosies!! Did I mention she always says Hey friends! Very warm and welcoming!!”
“I’m an Amazon driver and every time I stop in here I get greeted very nicely by the staff. The place is always clean and is stocked up with tons of snacks, food, and trending things such as the Stranger Things pizza box!
They also offer free coffee for being an Amazon driver, and I frequently stop in here to heat up my lunch with their microwave and they have a nice little seating area. That’s always clean! Love this place”

“Overall good. Dryer does not dry as well as other Jilly locations, more soap residue as well. Much shorter track then other locations. The odd thing is that when it first opened in spite of the short track it actually did a better job than other locations so not sure what's going on. The location in Waukesha is the best of the group at this point.”
“I bought a car wash plan, Great plan at that, and it’s simply amazing very quick, all you do is pull up get your bar code scanned automatically and boom your in it’s simply amazing as I already stated above and the crew is alway a smiling and waving.
