“I go here regularly to use the self service car wash. I recently pulled one my cars out of storage after two years of sitting. I was having some starting difficulties after washing. Gentleman who owns the car wash is the most helpful person I’ve ever met at a car wash of this kind. offered as much help as he could. Helped me push it out of the bay to a spot where it was out of the way. Highly recommend the self service wash the bays are always super clean and working correctly”

“I bought a new car two weeks ago and just recently noticed a few minor scratches on it. I stopped by to see if it’s something simple enough they can fix and to see what the cost was going to be. The receptionist that helped me got started was friendly and helpful. She walked around the vehicle with me and I pointed out where the scratches were. While I was waiting back in the waiting area a gentleman by the name of Jim came to update me that they can remove the scratches, just not at that moment but if I was to wait about an hr they can get to it. Less than 10mins go by and they were completed! I appreciate the great customer service and no cost fix. I will definitely go back for future repairs if ever needed and will recommend 1collision to friends and family.”

“I've never used a detailing company but my first experience with this company excelled beyond my expectations. I purchased a a black 2013 Sebring Convertible and had the exterior & interior detailed and exterior ceramic sealed. The end result was incredible. The car looked like showroom new. Carlos was great to work with & very personal. He's very particular about details. I will be using them again soon to do the interior cleaning of my 2019 Toyato Avalon with cream leather seats. I called multiple other co's before deciding on GTO and found GTO's rates competitive and considerably less than some others I called for the same services. I can't enough about how pleased I was with my 'NEW" looking car.”

“I’d like to start off by saying this is one of the easiest dealerships to work with. I had initially ordered a White Range Rover back in 2021 when they released the new body style. Unfortunately the initial dealership I ordered it from was unable to deliver my vehicle as promised. I’ve purchased two Range Rovers from Erik within the past year. “Love this place. We went to pump up our tires, and quickly realized our tire spout was chipped, causing air to flow out instead of in when the common air pump was applied. 5 girls, 1 tire, 3 hour drive ahead, tire quickly declining to 6 psi. Thankfully, we stumbled upon the kindest, smartest worker, Joshua (hopefully future employee of the year). He took a quick glance and realized what we needed wasn’t what the average Kwik Trip would provide. With ease, he ran to his personal vehicle and grabbed his electric air pump, knowing this would do the trick. Sure enough, amongst frigid cold temperatures and a thin uniform vest, Joshua restored our front left tire to its entirety. Joshua, we couldn’t thank you enough and are now nearly halfway to our desired destination. Joshua was also on his break and did not seek any type of compensation for his work. We need more Joshua’s in this world.Thank you and take care.”

I do t know if I just happened to walk in right after everything got cleaned but it felt like I was walking into a hospital or fancy restaurant. “Absolutely Touchless! Love this car wash!! It's the one I'll pick every time I'm in Menomonee Falls!!! I suggest the $7 wash, because it includes the underbody. I mean, we do live in Wisconsin and they salt the streets like crazy. It's good to get all that salt off your car, to prevent rusting. ?”

If they are obviously training they almost always act like they haven't been trained at all. “My truck has a 6" lift so it's very difficult finding any car wash (especially touchless) where my truck fits. Here my truck fit with ease. Max height for the wash, I believe was 7'6". Wash was perfect. Dryer/blower is one of the better ones as well. No automatic dryer/blower will have your vehicle perfectly dry so I was very happy with the result.Also have 1 maybe 2 manual wash stations which are harder to come by.”

“Staff is always friendly and helpful. My last visit to the car wash was a beautiful day so they were very busy. Only 4 starts because I needed to vacuum my interior and the vacuums had very poor suction. I tried the two vacuums on either side of my car and both performed poorly.”
