Had one fuel injector replaced , O2 sensor diagnosed and replaced and burned out catalytic converter replaced. I've also come here for emissions testing. Always prompt, explaining things and once they had issues getting the catalytic in and called to let me know when to expect it. Always friendly and courteous. The shop is always clean and organized and the waiting area clean. I'm the type that will do a lot of my own services on my cars but some things I just don't want to do and it's nice to have a place like this that you can trust.”

“I stopped in to have a requisite emissions test performed, and while waiting for the vehicle in front of me in the bay to finish up, I realized I also needed an oil change. The three people on duty took care of all my needs like a well oiled machine (no pun intended) seamlessly and professionally. The manager was very adept at making sure every detail was executed seamlessly. “Hartland Quik Lube has phenomenal team members! They are highly professional, helpful, efficient, communicative, and responsive! Their assistance and expertise goes above-and- beyond!We were out and about and noticed we had an extremely low tire. We filled it up with air at a gas station; then went to Quik Lube regardless because we had plans to get an oil change that day. We mentioned to them that we may have a slow leak in our tire. Our team member quickly found a screw in the tire that was causing the leak. He said it would only be $12 to patch it (for the lifetime of the tire) and our tire was quickly fixed, along with an oil change! Thank you, Hartland Quik Lube! See ya again in 10,000 miles! :-)”

“So far after a month I really enjoy this car wash. I really like that they start washing your car with the power wash wand first. I do wish they had a bit longer hours, maybe 7 am to 7 pm but can understand that may not be possible.”

“Great while I was there. Three reps told me I needed new tires and agreed with then. Asked them to give me an estimate price on new tires No one ever called me. I even called service to follow up still no one followed up with me. Therefore I still received no estimate.”

“I went in because I saw a screw in my tire and low tire pressure light was on. Jason took my car in immediately upon arrival. Removed the tire in question, removed the screw and ran it through the dunk test. He immediately determined the screw didn't go all the way through. He reinstalled the tire, properly inflated all 4 tires and had me on my way in 15 minutes and didn't even charge me for his time. That's an honest mechanic and will recommend these people highly.”
