I had such a great experience getting a gel pedicure here! The technician was incredibly kind and attentive — she made sure I was comfortable the entire time and paid such close attention to detail. She listened to all my requests and made sure everything turned out exactly how I wanted. My nails look amazing, and I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic Experience at Cher Nails
I recently visited Cher Nail for a manicure and pedicure, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, making me feel pampered from the moment I walked in.
The staff was extremely professional and attentive, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted. I was impressed by their extensive range of colors and nail designs. My nails not only look stunning but also feel healthy!
I highly recommend Cher Nails to anyone looking for a top-notch nail service. I can't wait to go back!

Not too pleased since changing ownership a little over a year ago. I grew my nails out specifically to have them cut down a little longer than athletic length for a cruise. The male owner was difficult to understand and probably vice versa. He cut my nails way down below the length of my finger tips! Not experiencing this before I did not say anything because I did not know it could be rectified. I let the nail tech finish my nails with gel color. I felt sick at how short my nails looked. The next day I returned to complain and have tips put on. They were seemingly apologetic and also put the blame on me. They gave me a discount, so I was satisfied. I will not return to this salon.
The associates can be rough on the clients' hands. There was an elderly client with bad arthritis and she had to speak out to the nail tech a few times to be more gentle on her hands. The staff speaks a great deal in their native language which is fine, but you definitely get the vibe they can be talking about the clients' unawares. Just my opinion.

Came for the first time right before my vacation for medi & pedi, I was a little short on time and they went above and beyond one women doing pedi while other did my mani! So impressed and they did a great job!! Will be back! Highly recommend

They are Under New Management!! Kim does a great pedicure I usually get the green tea deluxe pedi! Hailey is great when I get a gel manicure she is very attentive like I am with my clients ! Now that I work in Madison I send my customer to her if they need to get stuff done ! U really should try them !

They are under new ownership, sign says walk ins welcome, for two basic pedicures the cost I was not expecting especially for basic. Don’t get me wrong they did a good job. Afterwards the lady said to make an appointment, I stated your false advertising if it says walk ins welcome, let me remind you while I was there no one came in.

I wanted to like this place, but I can't. A two minute drive from my house would've made this nail salon so convenient. I've been getting manicures and pedicure religiously for 6+ years. I was told 15 minute wait time, it was 35. I sat with acetone on my toenails for 20 minutes!!!!! There were 4 employees working, 3 of them had a hand in my toe nails for some reason. Not one person paid personal attention to me. The man whom clearly should not be using a dremel had me very nervous! My nails were cut as short as possible and not straight nor were they properly cleaned around and underneath. Trying a place close to home and getting a 10% "under new management" discount was not worth it.

Not impressed. Didn't realize it was under new ownership. Miss Lee and Sarah's attentiveness. Always took their time and were very detailed, made me feel like a valued customer, every time. Called ahead for an appt, and got me in right away, very nice, but turns out bc no one else was there, yet still rushed me as if 3 people were waiting. They pushed upgrades, even after I said basic pedicure, twice. Is now just the "typical nail salon". Rush. Rush. Didn't touch my nails/cuticles with the instrument. Horrible on the callus scrub, again barely touched my feet. Always had a towel for each leg before, wrapped around. Now, one towel flopped over the top. Literally 26 seconds on the leg scrub/massage. Thought I had finally found my go-to place. Sadly, won't be back.
