Well… you don’t know unless you get a haircut yourself. I went there as they were the only ones available in my area that week. What a bad decision I made going there based on reviews. The person who gave me the haircut was an old guy. He was doing fine until the next customer came. Then he became hasty and even projected it on me that I was taking a long time to cover up for chopping a chunk of my hair too short. Very choppy layers that he did not have time to blend. Too old to work. I am not discriminating. His hands simply didn’t have the dexterity to control or maneuver the scissors. Decision is yours to make!Service: Haircut

Fix your scheduling of it's not available. Booked, showed up, told me they couldn't do it. They took pemrs and hair coloring instead. I will not return.

Once again I had a great experience at Cost Cutters! Today was a perm and trim. Renée always does a great job. I am having surgery on Monday and she took the time to explain that the perm could possibly relax a bit do to that.I really appreciated that as I have had some surprises with things lately that doctors have not mentioned could happen. At least I know the possibility going in. The staff is always so friendly . I really enjoy going there.

So i just wanted to come out and publicly say if you are considering on getting ANYTHING done with your hair DO NOT go to cost cutters!!!! i went there on saturday for a perm and showed My stylist the first photo and said that is what I had wanted. he told me that he could do that and i trusted him with my hair, he proceeded to give me a perm and when i had left the store my hair looked fine because it was wet, once it dried it looked like the last photograph. as you can imagine i was upset, so just about roughly 20 minutes ago i went into the store and asked for a refund and showed them the pictures, the older woman working looked at me and said “well there are still some curls there” i proceeded to explain that i understood that but 80% of my curls fell out and i paid for a perm and it sure doesn’t look like I have one anymore, she then continued to tell me “You paid for a partial perm not a full perm so it was only the top” which i shot back with “the top isn’t even permed”. the woman continued to tell me that the best they can do is give me 10% off my next perm. i will not be going to cost cutters again, the staff there was rude and did not seem to care at all that they clearly didn’t know how to do their jobs. and continued to tell me that i chose to walk out looking like that. I asked for the owners phone number and the lady agreed to give it to me and gave me a business card and had told me that the number was on there. I put the card in my pocket and thanked her and went to my car, when i got to my car i pulled the card out to see that she gave me a blank business card. this has been by far the worst service ever. I do NOT recommend going to cost cutters for anything as they screwed up my boyfriends hair as well!Service: Perm

Love Natalie! But have not been able to get a 15 minute eyebrow appointment for two months! Every time I call I am told she is booked three weeks out. Too frustrating...

Extremely rude stylist. Very unprofessional. Walked out of the chair after her hostile and cutting remarks. No apologies either. Have never experienced such poor behavior from an adult or at any salon. If you hate your job find another profession. Don’t take it out on the customer. I will never be back to a Great Clips. (Should change their name if they keep employees like this)Service: Haircut

We brought our daughter in to get a pixie cut. The shop was clean and all were wearing masks. The gentleman who cut her hair did a really fabulous job( I wish I got his name). Her hair looks great. We will be back!
