“We needed help finding a dryer asap. We had specific size requirements & needed a side vent, which the big box stores cannot accommodate (we learned the hard way). Scott W. was able to help us with everything over the phone. We ordered on a Friday & dryer was delivered Monday. The crew had done the work needed on the dryer ahead of time so the installation was quick & there were no surprises. Highly recommended Grand Appliance & TV.”

“I had been a lifelong AT&T customer that slowly became disenchanted with my cell and data coverage service. My wife and I began experiencing dropped calls and dead spots where data was simply unavailable. A work colleague introduced us to the T-Mobile store in New Berlin WI. The staff at the T Mobile store was extremely helpful and conducted a very thorough cost saving comparison. I wasn’t sure whether the actual estimated cost savings (monthly savings of $150+ over cost of AT&T) would really pan out or not. In addition, the staff led by Danielle and assisted by Katie and Evan helped us to move 9 nine phone lines, and then upgrade 5 of them to the newest iPhone 16 Pro phones (all of which were in stock at our local store that same day). In the end, my wife and I simply wanted faster more reliable data coverage. Well, after our first full month of service and billing with T Mobile I can honestly say that we obtained all of the estimated cost savings on our very first monthly bill (we didn’t have to wait 3 billing cycles…) and the quality, signal strength and reliability of our data coverage was truly remarkable.”

“Majd saved us a ton of time at the que line by helping to get our device to the right place after we had been hacked. He knows his stuff so we then asked about JBL speakers & noise canceling ear buds. He was knowledgeable & informative without pushing any sales on us. It was busy but we were in & out in less than 10 min! We had been very dissatisfied with the Verizon location in Green Bay, so this will now be our go-to place for everything Verizon in the future.”

There are many types of food, drinks and snacks to buy, and many other novelty items including beanie babies. The staff are very friendly, and it is easily accessible from Brookfield road. I would highly recommend a visit to this gas station.”
