This location never disappoints. Always so extremely helpful. Claire especially. She has made every order a breeze and has the best advice. I use this location for both for work and personal projects and they always go above and beyond.

Don’t use Fed Ex, or at least this location. We paid over $500 for an overnight delivery for Saturday that we needed in California. The binders did not show up on Saturday. The hotel staff is there 24/7, and verified no one from Fed Ex came. They promised is a refund, then reneged. The Fed Ex people online were rude and abrasive, and refused to look at the evidence that their driver lied by saying he “attempted service on Saturday” (which, of course, he never did). I’ve given some good business to this Fed Ex location. Never again.

Claire worked with us to design and develop the prayer cards and Thank You's for a funeral. She was very helpful, very professional and helped to develop an outstanding final product.I would definitely recommend!!

Had a frame packed and shipped. Wow, these people are so bitter and lazy. I will definitely pack and use a kiosk next time. Tip: hire people with good attitudes who actually want to help customers.

FIVE STARS for amazing customer service at this location! I’ve been using the services here for years and can’t imagine using anyone else for my printing needs. David is always willing to help with special projects and has my orders ready when I need them (many are last minute)! I truly appreciate the quick turnaround time and service with a smile!

Had a QR code to scan for them to print a label for an RMA. Went to one location and the guy said he couldn’t do it I went to the wrong type of FedEx location. Told me I had to go to different location 10 minutes further away. Get to this location and after 10 minutes of putzing they tell me the system is down. Bunch of clowns. FedEx is the worst!!
