From the minute walked in and was greeted with a smile from Deb, I knew it was gonna be a great experience! Scott graciously looked at my car over and made sure that there was nothing going to be missed prior to doing the work. Ken the general manager kept me informed through throughout the whole process! They were a pleasure to work with. And I definitely would Recommend getting your car fixed here.

Kept the car one week unnecessarily because parts were not ordered on time for the vehicles schedules repair. A rental was then required of which we had to pay due to their incompetence in their preparation in receiving the vehicle on time causing a week delay and an extra cost to the customer.

Caliber in Pewaukee has done times and has done body work on my car 2 times and has done an excellent job in a timely manner with great customer service. My car was vacuumed, wiped down and spotless when it was returned.

This is the best body shop around this area. They are very professional. Tell you upfront about how long it might take to complete the damage. I was notified via text message every step of the way during my car repair. They work with your insurance company which helps the process. The work they did on my car was perfect. A few years ago, I had a different car fixed by then and it was the same. Perfect!!!!. I would recommendthem to anyone. Thanks Caliber!!!!!
