Came here at 8pm on a Saturday 6.21. All of the sales signs were down. I had to check on the app to make sure certain items were indeed still on sale. Found an expired yogurt from May?! I’ve been here many times and several items are expired - salads rotted in the bags although not expired - rotten smell in the produce area. Items rang up at the incorrect sale price which I didn’t see until I came home - have to go back for price adjustment. Disappointing experience.

The older woman with the white hair who worked the self checkout on Sunday night is just awful. I tried to enter my mPerks and had entered my pin wrong and it called for assistance. She came over and cleared the error and then when i asked if i could scan my mPerks using my phone or re-enter my number she looked at my points and said “you only have a dollar in rewards, do you really want to use it?” in a rude manor and turned to walk away. I told her no, i wanted to get points for my purchase and she told me “no you cant. You messed it up to many times” and then pointed and told me to pay. She offered no help, was acting like this interaction was an inconvenience to her. The last interaction i had with her before this one was also bad, i was with a male friend and she proceeded to ask why him why he was carrying a purse and asked if it was his with heavy judgment. She also told him “i didn't know that was a thing now” not sure what the point of her saying this was but it was a strange interaction. I know she could’ve done more to help me enter my points, i honestly think i could’ve done it after she cleared it but she wouldn’t let me. she could also mind her own business and maybe just do her job properly with assistant customers and keeping your options to yourself.

1. **Return Process Issues:**
- **Initial Return:** I visited the store to return three items. While I did not have my receipt, I had the credit card used for the purchase. Two of the items had tags, and the customer service representative processed the return for those items without issue.
- **Third Item:** For the third item, which did not have a tag, I informed the representative that I could provide the item for scanning as it was on record with my credit card. After retrieving the identical item, a cashier named Rebecca took over the return process. Despite my explanation that I did not have the receipt but could verify the purchase through my credit card, Rebecca claimed they were experiencing issues and could not process returns this way. She had me insert my credit card in and it clearly stated on my end that my credit card was identified but she lied and said they couldn’t find my info. She insisted on seeing my ID and then started my return. As she was standing there doing some stuff on the cash register I dug through my wallet and found the receipt for the item I needed to return. Rebecca told me she it could only be processed as store credit, even after I found the original receipt.
2. **Self-Checkout Issue:**
- **7 for 7 Deal:** During my subsequent shopping, I took advantage of the 7 for 7 deal and used the self-checkout. After completing the transaction, I realized the discount was not applied. I went to customer service, where a different representative handled the issue by issuing a $7 refund. This was inadequate, as the correct refund amount should have been over $15, and no receipt or explanation was provided.
Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and service I received. The staff's handling of my return and the self-checkout issue were both problematic and poorly managed. It is clear to me that this location requires additional training to improve customer service and ensure that staff can handle such situations effectively.
I hope that this complaint will lead to improvements in service standards at the Pewaukee location. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

They DO NOT accept paper coupons for pickup and in store staff became angry when asked. Long lines to check our own groceries. Poor produce. Low stock. No gluten free bread. Prices high. Bought into scamdemic. Went downhill since 2020. Time to sell.

I come in Wednesday's before work to get the $5 sushi deal. I came in early today before the discount sushi was on the floor. The man working at the counter offered to make me the sushi rolls I wanted and have it ready for me by the time I was done shopping for my other items. So kind and helpful!!

I spend almost an hour looking at fireworks and getting really excited about it. After finding out the entire fixture was 70% off I went to the register with the kids hyping them up and guaranteeing them that we are going to have a blast. However when I was on the register the guy informed me that the fixture excluded fireworks but there was a sign on all four sides of the fixture. Even on the sides that ONLY had fireworks.Now my kids are extremely disappointed because I don’t have 100s of dollars to spend because the store has a huge misdirection. I feel scammed outta my mind. Everyone should be really careful what you try to buy here because they will scam you if you don’t pay attention. I really hope no one has to go though what I did with kids… ?

I stop in here when I need special items I can't get at other stores. This place is huge. Be Ready to walk. Plenty of self checkout aisle.

Big store, like a super Walmart but slightly nicer in every aspect, food, clothing, shoppers too. A bit overwhelming if you're just looking for a few quick items.
