I regularly use their pickup service for my weekly grocery shopping. They have never made an error, which is impressive considering every other place I do pickup makes mistakes. The gentleman that usually brings the order out is so pleasant and thoughtful. He even takes back my bag of plastic bags for recycling. It's such a great experience.

If you want to be super frustrated and not able to find basic things in the very strange layout this store has, go somewhere else. I've been frustrated then went to a real grocery store.

Pharmacy is awesome...store was out of several sale items I was looking for. A young lady in dairy was able to get 1 of the items in the cooler. She was very nice.

This place is going downhill, used to be managed much better. Checkout staff are always fast and helpful, my gripe is not with them but I wish they had better leadership. As I shopped around the store I noticed dozens of small problems that could easily be fixed if anyone in charge was paying attention (no twisties to go with the plastic bags in produce? How does a manager walk by that and not notice?) I saw a lot of stockers working hard on tasks that didn’t need to be prioritized with leadership standing around ignoring all the small problems. Metro Market could make me the store manager for a month and I’ll have that place turned around.

Seriously going downhill. More than once this year, I've had to throw out ground beef and flank steak I've purchased that were gray in spots and smelly when you opened it. And last two times I've been there this month the lunch meat case is full of discolored and obviously rotten items. I'll be giving Meijer a try, done here.

This store is always such a pleasant place to shop, but today my experience far exceeded my expectations. I took my daughter into the store on her birthday. She is disabled physically and cognitively. After I picked out her birthday cake and some cupcakes, Kaz saw her and immediately offered her a large balloon for her birthday! He and his associate treated her with such dignity and kindness, and offered to carry the cake and cupcakes up to the front of the store so I could push her wheelchair easily. It is rare that she would visit the store physically, as it is quite challenging for me and for my daughter, who has sensory issues. A store that employs managers and associates like this has my business. Thank you, Kaz, and staff of Metro Market Pewaukee.

the self-checkout lady wanted to act like i was a criminal from the second i walked over. i had frozen/cold groceries (in a bag) from a store next door that i didn't want to leave in my hot car. she came over and starting riffling through the bag. i explained the situation and tried to give her the receipt from the other store, but she just kept pulling things out of my bag saying she didn't believe i had gotten them from the other store (even though i was literally trying to show her the receipt). i came in and spend $20 on a couple items, i'm not going to steal some $0.99 lettuce. be so forreal right now. don't touch someone's stuff without asking first, or at the very least, be a human capable of rational conversation.

Sheri, who works at the self checkout area deserves a big raise or bonus, she's always smiling and always very friendly.

It amazes me that this is a Metro market. Most Metro markets are pretty upscale and large with a large selection of product. This door is small and they are always out of everything. Even fried chicken at dinner time because they have nobody to make it. I would think perhaps maybe a store manager could chip in when they're short people. I have never walked into that store and come out with everything that's on my list because they were out of so many things. If I walk into the store in the first thing I'm looking for is not there I just turn around and leave and go to a different pick 'n save. It's really ridiculous And all the complaints I read about the deli people I totally agree the rudest ever. Maybe not all of them but most of them.

Fruits and vegetables are of the poorest quality. 3 lb container of green grapes half rotten. Not the first time. Melons overripe, salad fixing, the list goes on.

Just bought some flowers and they were moldy! Just gross. Took the wrapper off and they fell apart. It was disgusting.

The Pepsi and Coke vendors just disregard customer safety and push their pallets past you so you need to hold onto the shelves as they go by. They don’t say anything, it’s either move or get hit. Then, I went to the chip aisle and even though there was nobody else in the aisle, a vendor just stopped right were I was standing and blocked me from looking at any products. No excuse me, or can I help you? Just a bunch of self centered jerks work there. Very surreal experience, I won’t be back

I went to the store on silvernail hoping to get some soup for dinner. Upon my arrival I thought I was in luck they had 3 different soups there. Big problem was no containers. When I asked an employee he said I could fill up three of the smallest containers they had and he would charge me for 1 large. My issue is that there were only 2 very small containers out there. You would think that at this hour when people are looking for this it would be stocked full. Apparently they just don't want to do businessI am extremely disappointed. This is nit the first time I've had issues with a Kroger store. I probably will never hear back from management either.
