My high end MSI quartz counters are a little over a year old and we baby them, using a silicone pad when we do any major cooking. There are already two scratches in this supposedly nearly indestructible material that they said can handle everyday use. In addition, from an angle the surface looks cloudy no matter how you clean it. This has been a problem since we got this countertop. It's supposed to be composed of 97% quarts and some resin but this one seems to be made of a lot of resin which also would explain why it scratched easily. This is supposed to be the premium tier product and their lifetime warranty it's pretty useless.it's pretty useless.
