I received positive and helpful assistance when I requested ideas and recommendations on a project with a family picture. The team member at the printing center was professional, knowledgeable, patient and listened to me before beginning the work on the printing of the picture to a black and white poster size creation. Highly recommend!

I've come to this Office Depot several times to have prints made of my art. They always acknowledge people coming in, are very friendly, and make sure that I'm happy with how the print will look before they make multiple copies. They genuinely care, and take great care with my art.

I walked in found an employee with long hair on his cellphone, waited long enough and finally decided to call his attention. He immediately responded by pointing me to his cellphone and ask me to wait till his finished his private conversation. When I asked questions about fibre optic cables he immediately responded we don't have it and asked me to talk to another associate. Then the other associate walked away telling he is busy with some other important stuff. So I walked away and told them I will be writing a review about the bad customer service. It was around 1pm today, you may check the cameras to see the truth.

I'm at this store at least once a week. The staff is very friendly.
The buy in app for pick up is the extreme of all conveniences I've seen.
Totally recommend this store! Keep it up folks!

Great service department for printing and copy projects. They have plotter large-scale printers. I came in to get some motorcycle and snowmobile registrations laminated in the heaviest laminate they have, and wow, it is nice and thick! Service is fast and friendly. The store is very big and well organized. There were pictures and cutouts of Shaq, the former basketball playervall over the store. I dont know what he has to do with office stuff, and i dont see how he would make anyone want to buy more stuff, but he was everywhere around every corner.

Very helpful service and also helpful staff. Knowledgeable and inviting. Will recommend anyone in the pewaukee area who owns a business to hop on the bandwagon and stop spending lots of money on these other services who take more money for taxes and handling. The staff will get you right and also help you understand how the product will come out or even help you understand the sales in a better light as well.
