“I had an absolutely first-class experience at this hardware store! I went in to pick up salt for my water softener, and from start to finish, it was pure white-glove service. I didn’t even have to lift a finger—the friendly woman at the register immediately called someone from the back to bring it out to my car. The nice young man transferred the salt from his cart into my car. The level of care and attention to customers here is truly exceptional. If you want great products and service that goes above and beyond, this is the place to go!”

And even though it took a few tries, Graham (hope I spelled that right) was EXTREMELY helpful, patient, positive and knowledgeable about getting the color to match perfectly. I went in with 2 old, mostly full, gallons of paint, green and grey. I asked if they could mix them up and together to make a color closer to what I wanted, sage grey. He did so AND added more color to it. NO CHARGE. He was the best service/sales man I have ever crossed paths with. I am someone with 15 years of service and hospitality experience; I know good people when I see one. I didn't get his name but he was at the Grandview, Waukesha location today. 40/50 years old and he said he has worked there for 30ish years. This completely made my day. He was such a wholesome person and he made my whole week !! THANK YOUUU”
“Not having painted a room in decades made our task even more difficult. Our goal was to pick up paint and supplies to paint our grandkid's room in Dayton, Minnesota. I'm no handyman. I'm more proficient at telling a painter what to do than doing the labor myself. The women at the Sherwin-Williams Paint Store in Brookfield were helpful, fun to work with, and assisted us beyond the call of duty. The painted room brought tears to our daughter's eyes.
