I have been driving a penske Truck for two years. The service is bullshit on the truck I drive. The repairs have to be done over and over. I would never use penske for personal do not trust the equipment. I have to bring my company Truck in for repairs every two months and it still is not fixed.

Seth with the service department was helpful and reassuring on getting a tow truck n loaner truck for me when my truck frozen up it's currently-10° outside. He gave a prompt response to our situation, and gave us time eta on when we can be assisted. All 5 stars are for this guy he was awsome.

We are SO glad we went with Penske. We saved over a thousand dollars by going with them instead of Uhaul. They're easy to work with, and they don't do it by mileage they do it day by day of use. So happy with them!

Poor service, and poorly maintained trucks. I was fine paying a little more for what I heard was a better experience than Uhaul but it turned out to be far worse. I reserved a 26ft truck days ahead of time but was called less than 24hrs before pickup saying they couldn’t offer those trucks to individuals anymore despite having my order confirmed for days. With less than 24hrs I didn’t have much choice to find something else. They offered a shorter truck with a liftgate and I accepted. When I went to pick the truck up the next day it was the right size, but no liftgate. The truck also left a huge oil spot on my driveway. Awful experience.

AVOID AVOID.Made a reservation on 5/4/2023 for a 7/1 move. Everything was set.Called and spoke to and recieved a follow up email confirmation from a David Wilson on 6/22 confirming my truck would be available for 7/1 move and told everything was good.Get a call on 6/28 in the afternoon (2 DAYS BEFORE the move) and told they dont have my truck for 7/1 and they have no other trucks with a lift gate.... So now I have to pay for the people I hired to help move (since they don't except cancels TWO Days before the move) and now have to pay rent for two places since I cannot vacate the old one. Mad doesn't begin to describe how I feel. Go elsewhere. They lied and cannot be trusted.

Went in for a Pm service they are awesome and really take care of their trucks find Minor problems before they turn into big problems. Absolutely satisfying knowing that their mechanics really care.

I had an awesome experience with Penske when I rented a truck to move! I cannot recommend them enough. Straightforward, fair, and upfront pricing, the only place that I found that gave a AAA discount, and professional service from start to finish.
