We had a great experience at this daycare, just wish we were there longer! We initially had our twin boys in a different daycare that became unreliable due to staffing shortages. We switched to a different facility when we could but just felt like their classroom was chaotic and they weren’t getting the attention they needed. We finally switched to Pewaukee Kindercare and it has been amazing. My sons (4 year old twins) have loved their time here and made friends with their whole class. One son in particular went from being a more shy, more cautious personality to showing the full range of his goofiness. Their teacher, Antonette, is responsive and works with us when concerned about their behavior and has really helped them become more confident on their own. The director and assistant director (Carlie and Tracie) are also great. So easy to talk to, quick with responses, and truly care about our kids. We can’t thank the entire staff enough.

Our first child has been at Kindercare since he was 4 months old and we could not be happier with the decision to send him to this Kindercare location!!! The teachers in the infant room (Ms Rachel, Ms Ann Marie and Ms Amber) are all amazingly patient, kind, and sweet. We were so nervous dropping him off that first day but these three made the transition smooth and painless! After five months at the center, it’s obvious that the teachers really care about our son! It’s been so fun to see our little guy grow to love his teachers as he gets older too. He is genuinely excited to see them every morning. We appreciate the staff at Kindercare Pewaukee ten times over. It’s the teachers and team who make this center the awesome place it is! Thank you!!! :)

My child was at this KinderCare for 2 years up until a little over a month ago. I did not want to make this review right away just to give them the benefit of the doubt more or less. I’ll start with the positives. All of the teachers are very nice, Ms.Antonette was amazing in prek, and the app is great to have. They do a lot of activities with the kids. I also never had to worry about the horror stories you hear online which is what kept us there as long as it did.
For the negatives. From the time my child was three until we left it was suggested multiple times to get my child adhd tested. I asked his primary care provider who said his behavior was not severe enough to test him and to try some exercises at home. They do not test at 3. After being told that was weird because another child was being treated and after constant conversations I went as far as switching my child’s care provider, whom I loved, just to be told the same thing but that we could try play therapy. In the two years we were there, I can’t even count how many times I’ve seen things thrown, kids screaming, play fighting outside. Which no fault to the center but my son was in PreK with a child who had behavioral problems and after that kid my son was not the same. He was angry all the time, acting out, I didn’t recognize him and neither did the center. Conversations almost every day about something wrong my child did. I was mentally and physically exhausted as a single working mother trying to balance everything. The director finally asked me if anything was going on at home and that hurt. I felt like I was failing. They never got to see the tears and effort that went on at home with his emotions or the constant wondering what I’m doing wrong. Or the waitlists of therapists or doctor visits. I decided to pull my son out after that conversation. His second to last day I walked to the play ground to get him and watched a child throw 3 handfuls of wood chips at my son before I finally said something. Just to get to the corner and see three teachers sitting there talking. I knew in that moment I made the right decision. There was no thought of the way the other children act together that I, and my mother, have witnessed on numeral occasion it was always what could I as the mother do better. There were other minor things but I also know no one or no day care is perfect this was just the biggest thing that hurt the most.
My son’s been at his new center for about month. I now see a lot of the behavior I witnessed was not normal. They also deal with special needs children. Instantly they told me they don’t see adhd at all and just told me again today. He’s just an active child. I get told all the time how good he is and such a good helper. It feels like I can breathe again. I appreciate KinderCare for being there in a time of need but my biggest regret is not pulling my child out sooner and doubting myself so much. He is a whole different child and happier.

I have my daughter attending this location for a few years now and she has always had great relationships with her teachers. They are going through some remodeling interior and exterior and it’s looking great! We feel grateful to have this learning center for our family

Wonderful center! Knowledgeable, loving and supportive staff and clean, fun and engaging learning environment. As first time parents who were nervous to enter the childcare world, KinderCare Pewaukee made the transition so easy and we couldn’t recommend them more! They support us and our daughter and she is absolutely thriving and looks forward to going everyday!

Our son has been attending KinderCare since he was around 6-7 months old, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Carlie, Tracy, and all the teachers have shown exceptional care and dedication. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure our child is always comfortable, happy, and engaged.
The staff’s warmth and professionalism are evident in everything they do. They create a nurturing environment where children can thrive, learn, and feel secure. The activities and programs are thoughtfully designed to stimulate development and foster a love for learning.
Moreover, the communication with parents is excellent. We are always kept informed about our son’s progress, daily activities, and any important updates. It gives us great peace of mind to know that he is in such capable and loving hands.

Both our children have attended here for more than a year (we have a 4 year old and a 15 month old). It's actually the third daycare we've experienced as parents - and it's by far our favorite. I can't share enough how much we appreciate the amazing teachers and staff at this school. Carlie and Tracy have truly created a supportive, safe, welcoming, and enriching environment for our precious babies. Every day when we drop them off we have absolute confidence that they're safe, happy, and learning! It's obvious that all of the staff at this school genuinly enjoy their jobs - it shows every day in their genuine joy and graciousness with our kids.

Highly recommend this KinderCare center! Our daughter has attended this center since she was 3 months old. Her infant room teachers were amazing! They got to know our child very well and played a significant role in each of her milestones. It felt wonderful knowing she was in good hands while mom and dad worked. She is now in the toddler room where she continues to learn and grow in an environment that promotes development in all areas. The teachers in this center and director have worked closely with us from the start on all matters concerning our daughter and we appreciate the attention we’ve received thus far. The app is one of the best tools in keeping up with her day-to-day happenings!

Our son has been going here since he was an infant. Has loved every minute of it! Anytime we drop him off he is so happy to see all of the teacher! They take great care of him and let you know of any issues throughout the day.
The teachers always have fun and age appropriate activities to do that help the children to learn.
Food is included within the price which is a huge plus for my wife and I!
Their app is a fantastic tool for staying connected and informed throughout the day. You receive updates on your child's activities, meals, and even his well-being through messages and photos. This kind of transparency and communication can really reassure parents and make the childcare experience more comfortable.
My wife and I will continue to send our child as well as any future children to this Kindercare location!

My son has been attending this center for more than a year, and he has been having a great time! I never have to worry about him as the staff uploads pictures and videos through out the day, along with up-to-date feeding schedules and diaper changes. Carly and Tracy are quick to respond to emails, and the entire staff is super friendly and responsible.

Our daughter has been attending this daycare since she was just 7 weeks old, and as she approaches her second birthday in October, we couldn't be more pleased with the care and attention she receives here.
