Prices a bit more expensive, but they have a wide variety of just about everything! And employees are great. I was checked out by, Holly. She was absolutely delightful, friendly and kind. KUDOS to her!!!

Why am I using “self checkout” if the clerks job is to stand directly behind me watching my every move? This place is a joke!

Congratulations on your amazing new store remodel and restructuring! For the first time in YEARS we are shopping here again. Kroger is really turning things around! Also Chesters chicken is super better than what they used to serve. People need to understand that roundys was on a path of destruction for many years. This store was a hell hole prior to its acquisition. The remodel also includes MANY lower prices. Also, Kroger sells about 100 different meats. I don't see how the meat is bad, as stated in another review. We buy two steaks and get both for around 10$ several times a year. The meat is tender and juicy. If your fresh meat doesn't turn out it's your fault. After all, you cooked it!

Now that Pic n Save is gone this Kroger store raised prices on everything. I guess that's how they pay for remodeling. Bread is kept on shelves longer, many items are not on the shelves, but what REALLY makes me mad is that they put the small cans of wet cat food near the floor and you have to get on your hands and knees to find what you want. When you are 70 years old and have arthritis, this is not a good thing. And lately when I am down on that floor, some of my cats' favorite flavors are sold out. And putting a flower shop SMACK DAB IN THE MIDDLE as you walk into the store is a pedestrian bottleneck and just plain stupid. Like the small shopping carts though. Just big enough for the dozen or so cans of cat food that I have to crawl around on the floor for.

This store is the closest to my home, and I visit about twice a week. Seldom do I find proper customer service. In fact, I'm more often blown away by the terrible attitudes from the people stocking and working the counters. The cashiers are usually friendly enough. The prices are incorrect fairly often, and good luck finding a check out line with fewer than 3 people waiting. The remodel has been inconvenient and has compounded the poor employee attitude. I once heard 2 young men stocking shelves loudly complaining about customers asking where to find items- uh, excuse me? Hopeful that Kroger can fix employee morale.

As others have said, this store's staff Jas lousy attitude and poor service. They're remodelling to upgrade to Metro Market. They need a new mgr. When I told him of the lousy salad bar that's poorly maintained he said the salad bar will be gone in 1 1/2 yrs. What will happen until then???? What a poor defensive reply. I'll drive to Sendiks instead.

I am in town for business for the week. I arrived at Best Western at 10:47 pm on Sunday 02/05 and was very hungry. No place was open within walking distance except this store...which I knew closed 13 minutes later. I ran in there and went around the store as fast as possible. At the register, Eileen K. was so nice. I apologized for keeping her and she said it was her pleasure. Superb customer service will have me shopping here all week.

It's an okay place. I only go to pick up a couple items at a time. I prefer the Meijer store in Waukesha. I go at night when the younger kids work and they act like your invisible. They are usually on their phones and roll their eyes when you need assistance. I always check the milk because sometimes it sits out 2 weeks after the 'sell by' date. The only good part is their bakery. It's always stocked and fresh. Overall, if you need a handful of items I'd recommend it otherwise you're better off finding a different store.

This pick'n save isn't as large as others, and that smaller size makes this store great. It is not overly crowded and the layout is easy to maneuver. Has a large bakery with excellent cakes.
