Excellent Experience!
From the moment I pulled into the lot, I was greeted right away by John, who was extremely helpful and accommodating even on short notice. The entire process was smooth, easy, and seamless. The facility itself is convenient to access, well-maintained, and secure, with multiple cameras and gated entry for peace of mind. They’re also expanding with additional units, which is great to see. Highly recommend this place. Thanks again, John!

Been at the Pewaukee location since Sept 2022 after moving back to WI from GA. Clean, safe & GREAT LOCATION! My dealings w/ mgr Tom K. were professional & pleasant. Tom answered my communications promptly & up front info. As I vacate my unit after 2.5yrs I feel like I’m leaving a neighborhood. Thanks “Storage Werks” for a very good rental experience!

This is a very clean and organized facility. It’s very simple and easy to get a unit. It takes no time at all. I admit the prices are a bit high, but I’m not sure how it’s prices compare to other facilities. I felt like my belongings were safe and we also got a protection plan just to be extra safe. The inside of the storage unit was extremely clean as well. There’s a guy I typically speak to there. I’m unsure of his name, but he’s the nicest guy ever and gives amazing customer service. Overall, it’s been a great experience. I’m glad we found such a nice place close to home. It’s very convenient.

Manager is disorganized and very confusing to understand. Facility is nice itself. Snow plowing is TERRIBLE!!! I would not recommend unless under new management.

Manager is very disorganized and confusing to understand. The Facility itself is nice, however snow plowing is TERRIBLE! They also make up rules and make you sign rental agreements months later. Would not recommended unless under new management.

Great facility! 24 hours access. Safe for keeping goods protected. Plus, allows online payments so no need to go into the office.

Great facility, easy communications, responsive staff. I have used other storage facilities. Storage Werks Pewaukee is hard to beat.

We were moving and needed a storage unit as we were preparing for the move and it worked out great to rent a unit at Storage Werks. It is safe and secure! The unit itself is also very clean.

Reasonable rates and the owner/managers are responsive to emails and texts which really helped with our move to WI from out of state. Secure clean units with a timer on the light which helps with late night moves or "stuff recovery" trips!

I was very impressed with the new storage unit located in Sussex. They have regular units that are outside of the buildings and they also have climate controlled units.
