My uncle recently had a stroke and we had to activate his financial power of attorney. Everyone at Summit credit union was amazing throughout this process, put Kendra at the Pewaukee brank in particular was a godsend. I called in with a question and really lucked out getting her on the phone. She make the steps we needed to follow really clear and straightforward, gave me her direct extension so I was able to call back with follow-up questions, and helped with creative solutions to the fact that I live 3 hours away! We were able to get everything pre-vetted via phone and fax so I didn't have to worry about showing up with the wrong paperwork. I could feel Kendra's care in every interaction with her, as well as meticulous attention to making sure we followed proper procedures. Thanks again, Kendra!

I have worked with Tami Schroeder since 2021 on a variety of personal banking related things from opening accounts, car loans, home equity loans and more and no matter what questions I throw at her she always has an answer. She is extremely professional, always willing to help and go the extra mile to get things done and is so efficient.
