There is a lot to be desired when dealing this bank. The website user experience is pretty bad, waited on the phone for 25 minutes only to be told I’d have to pay a 30 dollar fee for a stop payment on a 25/month charge. In the past, when dealing with other bank charge backs, it’s a frictionless experience taking 5-10 min with no fees, I would not recommend this bank for business or personal.

Tellers seem a bit ditzy. Plus this bank charges to cash a check from their own bank when the one in Elm Grove does not. Would never have an account here because every check they call to verify so it delays from clients getting stuff set up then....not to customer service oriented.
