“Smoother than smooth transaction from beginning to return. Couldn't have asked for improvement on any part of this rental. Thank you!
This is where I will go in the future hands down down.”
“Returned my van rental to Dustin yesterday and he is great with customers, efficient at the van check-in process too. Keep up the great work.
Both people who worked the morning of Feb 26th were kind too, but I pretty much just got keys and left.
The store was clean. The price of a 27 gallon tote is too high, they are $8.86 at Walmart and $8.90 at Menard's I think the sign was like $17 which is what the other places charge for 40 gallon totes. I was here for a van rental though not totes. The van worked well and was very efficient compared to previous box truck rentals. It also had a radio and backup camera.”

“Very friendly people and very helpful. Came in with a pesky coolant leak, they quickly found the source of the leak. They went and got parts and I was out of there in just a few short hours.Excellent work, thank you guys.”
“This Uhaul store has always been there for me and from the looks of the tenant that rents #1441 they also seem to take quite the bruising without assigning blame that has not gone out of its way to being earned thank you to uhaul and its workers.”
“Professional, friendly, & accommodating. I would definitely recommend them. They helped me with the paperwork. Explained any fees before I agreed to rent a truck. Very flexible with the time. Rentals were in good shape and clean.”
“Contact the facility directly, instead on using online scheduling. The appropriate hitch needs to be ordered and based on expected part delivery then the installation can be scheduled. Thanks Brennan and Danny.”

“Had an excellent experience with them from start to finish. Jonathan at the Pewaukee location was more than helpful in helping us decide which size truck would be best and answering all of our questions. Pick up on our date was easy and the truck was clean. The drop off at our destination was equally easy and wonderful. If we ever have a need for a truck again, this will be our automatic go to spot.”
