I was carrying a large awkward to hold box to bring into the store and when I looked up, an employee was already holding the door open for me. What fabulous service and courtesy! They also handled my transaction quickly and efficiently! Thank you so much!

This has happened 3 times in past few weeks. The scanner machine is still broken but their phone system doesn't allow me to call and speak to a live person. There is massive construction and it would have been nice to find out over phone vs making the trip.

Excellent Service at The UPS Store - Silvernail Road, Waukesha!
I recently visited The UPS Store in Waukesha for an Amazon return. I mistakenly had a Whole Foods QR code on my phone instead of the correct UPS one. Darren, an employee there, was incredibly helpful. He very quickly and patiently guided me through the process of switching to the right QR code. I truly can't say enough good things about Darren's assistance. Thank you very much for the outstanding help!

Could not recommend this specific UPS store more, opened up right at 8AM unlike some of the other UPS stores in the area. I worked with Darren to return a package to a vendor, excellent, friendly, and very very quick service.

I found everyone here very pleasant and wanting to help. The day I came in they were extremely busy and customers just kept coming in. There were two employees working and they never missed a beat and were constantly helpful and courteous.

It is hard to find good service these days, however Mandy was a gem. She was so patient with me, kind and helpful. I had three packages going to three different addresses. We even had a good laugh at how I was not organized as well as I could have been with having the addresses ready to go. I highly recommend Mandy for your shipping needs. ❤️
