I came Sunday Morning to bring in an Amazon Return. The website stated that the store opened at 10AM. I arrived at a couple of minutes before 10AM and another gentleman was also waiting for the store to open. Both of us waited until around 10 minutes past the hour at which point the store finally opened. During this time, we could not tell if there was anyone in the store preparing to open or not. The worker who finally let us in and assisted us did not acknowledge the fact that he opened late nor did he apologize for the inconvenience, which to me is more annoying than the fact that he opened late to begin with. I can understand when stuff happens, but not acknowledging it is inexcusable.

Extremely friendly. I brought in a return in a beat to heck box that should have probably not have been accepted. The guy inside was very nice and said he would take care of it and tape everything up and make it okay for return. Every time I have been in this store the employees have been very helpful and nice. For shipping and Amazon returns, this shop is fantastic. Thank you for being so great.

ALWAYS Super friendly and helpful! Willing to go out of their way to help me fix my mistake. Did not experience that at the location closer to me. Will always use Pewaukee UPS.

AR helped me with a bunch of Amazon returns. I just had some surgery and I was disorganized coming into this UPS store. AR was patient, and even helped organize my returns. Highly recommended.

Dont trust the employees here!
They charged me $2 to print a label when they could do the same for free on a UPS thermal printer.
When confronted, they claim everybody does the same, which shows their ethics

Stopped to drop off an Amazon return and they wouldn’t even help unload it from my truck. It was a large box and they insisted it come through the front door. It was an extremely tight fit and tight corners due to a display in the entry way. They have a large bay door in the back that we’ve used in the past. The service at this store has really declined.

We had many papers to notarize and Matthew, Hammad, and Ali were fantastic in helping us out and being patient while we sorted through the copies. It was much appreciated, especially during a busy time.
