Shoutout to banker Nick and his lovely supervisor (forgot her name). I had a really traumatic incident with a debt belonging to my ex husband got garnished from my account. They were so helpful and kind during a really scary situation. Thank you!!

I went it to get bigger bills for $740 i had worth of small bills from serving. The person that helped me put the money through the counting machine and it sounded like it was rejecting bills which happens to me at the ATM a lot because of bent corners. I counted this amount of money several times at home and right before I went into the bank, $740 was the total. She told me it was $731, and I was surprised because there’s no way it was. She offered to put it through again and got $731 again. If I didn’t have somewhere to be I would’ve offered to count it, but I didn’t. She also didn’t offer to count it herself even though I was making it clear it was $740. No smiling or apologizes. Wasn’t the typical experience I usually have because normally it’s great. $9 is $9 and I wish I had just asked for my original cash back instead of getting the bigger bills

The bank teller didn’t want to give me coins back out of my OWN Account! I wanted to get coins to do a project with my son and she’s over here asking me if the coins is for my job. Like don’t worry what I do with the money i want to take out. Never again. Worst customer service!

US Bank put my mother's name on somebody else's mortgage without their knowledge or hers. She is currently unable to close on the sale of her home, and has been waiting 8 weeks for this to be resolved. The branch manager in Pewaukee has been utterly useless, and doesn't seem to understand how to escalate the issue or who to contact internally to get answers. She started with the mortgage person for the branch, but they didn't know what to do either. I can't think of a worse bank to deal with.

Phenomenal customer service , the best I have ever received.My income and bank balance have always fluctuated wildly , however I always get treated with the same respect regardless of how much is currently in my account .Abby and Donna were recently so very helpful and both went above and beyond to help, thank you so much and your service is much appreciated.

I have been dealing with this branch and the manager Mark for the past year and a half for my Business account.Every employee knows who I am there they know when I need to make it quick, Mark has always answered my questions or helped me get to the right answer. This branch has always been such a pleasure to deal with.Very down to earth folks that work here.

Lack of consideration and loyalty to their customers. Spent 4 hours talking to customer service because they were too lazy and kept referring us to the customer service agents who subsequently referred us back to the branch. We lost 250 dollars for a tiny mistake when it should have only been 50 dollars. Terrible company and terrible branch.
