Don't fall for the 4 lines for $90. First of all it still comes to about $140/mo with all the fees. It's also a 2 year plan but the deal only last for the first year and then it goes up another $30/mo... so you're $90/mo plan is now costing $170/mo ($190 for us since we got 2 iphone 16 pros and pay an extra $10/mo per line). You'd have to read the fine print to know this and the salesman doesn't tell you up the increase

New customers and couldn't be happier with the service and experience! We did the dreaded cell phone service switch with all new phones. We have NEVER had a good experience with this! Madison in the Pewaukee office changed that for us. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind and actually made our experience fun! Who knew that was possibly! All our phones were upgraded with no issues. Madison even helped a couple weeks later with our daughter who was away at college, thank goodness for facetime:-) The day we came in Madison was training Jacob and Travis (who were fantastic as well), she was awesome with them! I think they will be great employees too! Thanks Madison for making a typically yucky experience much more enjoyable, I feel like we have a new friend too!:-)

I worked with Dominic on switching to US Cellular for 3 phones. Dominic was extremely helpful in explaining plans and I phone 16 special options to me. Because of his patience and details on all plans, I decided to switch to US Cellular. He was also extremely helpful and patient in setting up our 3 new phones. Thanks again to Dominic for all your assistance.

We had a great experience at US Cellular in Pewaukee as we just switched our service on 12/13/24. Dominic was excellent and extremely helpful and patient, especially when we transferred our service that day to our new iPhones. He was also instrumental in our decision to switch to US Cellular.

I just wanted to say that my family received AMAZING service from Dominic on Saturday, Nov 2nd. He had helped my husband & myself the prior weekend, which was just a TERRIFIC experience as well. Dominic is very knowledgeable about cellular products as well as our account services/plan. He is very personable, kind and helpful. We will definitely be back to the Pewaukee location because we know Dominic will be there to help us out if we have any problems/issues.

I stopped into the store twice for help due to my negligence and Dominic was the most helpful and informational representative i have ever dealt with. Both times I had a successfully visit and was super happy. I will always come here for all my cellular services.

This store is well organized. I went there on a Fri not sure what girl was working the front but Dominic was also working. Those 2 where the best customer service reps I have ever dealt with at a US Cellular store. I've been with US Cellular a long time. They deserve 10 stars.

The first day we went in to order phones and put me on a new phone plan to switch from my Verizon plan was great. We were helped by Dominic and he was absolutely wonderful. Today we went back to pick up phones and there was a different employee there. He was more concerned with his phone and snapchatting than helping us transfer everything onto our new phones and transferring me to the new phone service plan. He never told us his name. He was rude in his responses and honestly seemed like he was celebrating 4/20. He started the phone transfer and then rushed us out and told us to leave because it would keep going. We were there at 4, way before closing. We got to the car and both transfers stopped. We went back in and he didn't tell us we would need wifi and to restart the whole transfer at home. I've been waiting for 6 hours and the transfer hasn't been completed after trying to restart it. He also started the service transfer but never completed it. So currently I'm without any phone service at all and because the transfer took so long (but is still incomplete) they are closed and I will have to wait until tomorrow.Edit: After all of this, we went back today and Dominic was able to get my phone set up with service, explained why it wasn't working the first time, and was patient enough to make sure the transfer went through correctly. THANK YOU DOMINIC
