Don't go to this location, they sent me out of the store to a different location saying that they had a phone I wanted, they never called the store, they do not own the store and when I tried to go back it's closed. This store/Victra loves pushing people out when they feel like it apparently. I appreciated the other store staying open late to help with my Verizon needs.

Yesterday we stopped in to return our old phones after upgrading and turns out we had to send them back via mail which was such a headache. Despite that situation this Verizon store had nothing to do with, while trying to help us, Floyd the store manager was able to upgrade our watches with a loyalty promo for free. When we upgraded our phones last week we were also supposed to be able to upgrade our watches but the Brookfield store that we went to, failed to tell us that, help us, or explain anything about loyalty promotions to us.
Just want to say thank you to Floyd for being kind and helpful! For trying to help with an issue he didn’t cause and for finishing a job he didn’t even start. That’s customer service. Thank you!

The new manager at this location was very rude and disrespectful to me. I used to come to this location all the time because of the great customer service, and I won't be coming back.

Our associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. He patiently juggled multiple customers while we switched our phone and plans from another carrier.

The store manager Collin was amazing!! My phone was shattered and completely unusable and he helped me get a new phone and set it up. He spent a great deal of time walking me through every step and even let me use his phone to call my family for help as I had no way to contact them for 24 hours at that point thanks to my old shattered phone. He went an extra step to help me and my family get on a better phone plan to save some extra money each month. Even though he couldn’t fix my phone or transfer data from it he gave me some suggestions to try at home at a later time. Thank you so much!!!

After a 30 minute failed attempt to order a new phone on Verizon and using their chat feature, I decided to do things the old fashion way. I went into a store and actually speak to someone face to face. Glad I did. Sales guy was knowledgeable and helped me get everything all set up and left with new phone and all supplies needed.

I was having an issue with my 13 Pro Max saying no sim available. The attendant Javo called Verizon and was able to install an E Sim in about 10 minutes and didn’t try to sell me anything!! I was very impressed with his knowledge and customer service!!

This store is not responsible if the phone they give you is damaged. I grabbed a new phone and it didn't work and the seller told me that there was nothing I could do, I should go to the Apple Store to tell them and if they told me what to do They will change, and yes in the store where I bought it they could change it for me but they had a charge of 50 dollars for a phone that had only been in possession for 3 days

I went to Verizon with frustrating issues with my IPhone. Colin was amazing!! He went over and beyond to help me, making sure my IPhone was in perfect working order before me leaving!! Thank you Colin!!
