10 years ago they were great with Adam as the pharmacist. Since then the pharmacy has been in free fall. Can’t get meds, orders getting cancelled, lack of process knowledge. To top it off they have this ridiculous lunch closing which no other pharmacy chain has. I’m over it

I've been trying to get a prescription filled for two days of common yet urgent medication. They can't fill it for 5 days. They want me to go to other cities to pick up from there. They won't transfer the prescription to Walmart. Walmart contacted them & they had issues with Walgreens too. Walgreens said they don't have the prescription but I see it in the app! So I had to re-call the doctor's office to have them send to Walmart. It's Friday @ 3:30 & I've been working on this since Thursday @ 1:00. I feel frustrated and angry which isn't good for my health either! My parents had the same issue but with heart and diabetes prescriptions with Walgreens not keeping medications in stock. It seems to be their standard operating procedure.

The parking lot for this Walgreens is dangerously uneven to walk through. They’ve repaved it numerous times but the terrain underneath causes the pavement to buckle.

Great staff and clean store. This location has the worst parking lot in Waukesha County. Way overdue for a makeover 😁

It's not often that in today's busy world, we get great personal service! After doing business with Walgreens for years, I have seen a noticeable positive difference in the way they operate! When I really needed help Kiersten was there! Thank you!

The pharmacy charged me more than double the amount shown on my GoodRx coupon. I called GoodRx the next morning to ask if this is an acceptable practice. I learned that somewhere Walgreens had an incorrect zip code on my account, and this might have been the basis for the discrepancy. I don't know where the incorrect zip was stored, though, because my receipt showed the correct address and zip. A rep from GoodRx called the pharmacy to ask if they would honor the coupon amount, but the pharmacy declined because I had already purchased the prescription the evening before. Lesson learned: If a pharmacy tries to charge more than the GoodRx coupon amount, try to resolve the discrepancy before you leave the store. Once the pharmacy has your money, it's not likely that they'll reimburse the difference later.

Easier, cheaper, and faster to go thru a street dealer than receive legally prescribed drugs at this over-glorified, mega-commercialized crack house.
– Payment systems never work properly.
– One drive-thru lane is constantly down, occasionally closed all together with sticky note apologies.
– Takes multiple days and calls to refill prescriptions, or get status.
– Consistently don’t know if they even have prescriptions.
– Poorly trained staff (faulting on the management).
Guarantee any dealer has better customer service– even with chances of getting laced with fentanyl.

I will celebrate the day Walgreens announces it will close this location. It can't possibly be long the way they operate. I have never had a smooth transaction here and will never go back.Too many issues to list but the latest is the drive thru closed for weeks due to a speaker not working . Pathetic the drive thru should be an integral part of your business with handicapped and sick people depending on it for prescriptions. This store needs to go

They are very busy at the pharmacy, almost all day everyday. I used to work there 20 some years ago and it was crazy back then. You just need patience they do do a good job and I love Susie the pharmacist!

Worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. Been trying to get a prescription here for 2 weeks but keep having endless problems. It’s about a 30 minute drive for me to get here but I originally had my prescription sent here because it was the only pharmacy nearby with it in stock, big mistake, I should have just waited for my local pharmacy to restock it. I went in 3 separate times for my prescription and still never received it. The first time it was a problem with insurance but they couldn’t provide any specific details, so then I sorted it out with my doctor, called the pharmacy to make sure everything was cleared up and went back, when I arrived they still said there an issue with insurance even though on the phone they said everything was fine so I left again and worked with my doctor to make sure everything was fine and called again to make sure there would be no issues with the prescription and was again told that it was ready and good to go so I drive to the pharmacy for the 3rd time and then there extremely rude pharmacist refused to give me the prescription because I could not list every dose of the medication I had taken before. I couldn’t remember it off the top of my head and they didn’t have a record there because I had gone through a different pharmacy previously due to stocking issues. I asked her why no one mentioned my needing this information on the phone when I called and verified the prescription was ready and she was rude and told me they don’t ask those kinds of questions on the phone. Not once did anyone apologize for the massive inconvenience of having to drive there 3x or sit on the phone for 30+ minutes multiple times, the rudest and worst staff I’ve ever dealt with. If I acted like any of these people did at my job I would have been fired a long time ago.
