Dr Kwon is the best, literally. I have seen quite a few optimetrists over the years and she is head and shoulders above them all!Very knowledgeable, honest and straightforward. I went in thinking that i might want to try contacts again and she basically told me why that would not be something I would find beneficial. She would have made more money if I had done it. She did not use any fancy terms without explaining them and made things crystal clear (ha!).I have had contacts in the past and she explained why I had problems and she was dead on right.I'm a Costco member so I get my glasses there (who can argue with clear blue block coating for $0.02?), but otherwise i would definitely have given Walmart a try.

Walmart is misleading their customers! I purchased a fan from Walmart.com and thought I was ordering from Walmart. I changed my mind & returned the fan (which I paid $73.49 for) and was told by the cashier at the service desk that because it's a Marketplace item it can't be returned to Walmart which represented the product. Now I have to deal with foreigners who are giving me a hard time returning the product! I never shopping on Walmart online service because its misleading their customers!!! I purchased from Walmart representing a product now it's my problem because it's a marketplace item! Until now I didn't know what that meant! Walmart sucks!

Came here for TPMS service kit replacement, a job that takes any novice technician 20 minutes. With 5 open bays and 4 employees milling about, (and I should mention no other customers) I was told a 45-1 hour wait time. Unreal. I've been sitting here for 30 and they haven't even touched my car yet. So glad I brought my own parts, but not really looking forward to getting the bill I wasn't given a quote for. Avoid at all cost unless you are broke. Took an hour to start working on the vehicle, was told another 20 minutes to replace the TPMS, and mount a new tire, since mine had holes in it. That was again, 40 f****** minutes ago. This is now eating into my work time. 2 hours to change a TPMS kit is absolutely unacceptable by any standards, be they dealership, or independent shop. It is a .4 hr job at most establishments. When I went to complain I was essentially ignored and treated like I was wrong for complaining about the situation. Also Walmart, you should definitely audit this location because there are definitely discrepancies in the way your (I assume) hourly employees manage their shifts. Will not be back.

IF you go there, make SURE you won't be returning anything! They are NAZIs about returning ANYTHING, and have seen it there with other people, then it happened to ME! Had purchased printer ink that was defective (one of the cartridges had leaked into my printer and ruined it). Was told by lady at customer service desk to go back to electronics and talk to Rob. Rob put me off right away saying that since the package was opened, there was nothing he could do (bulls*), but maybe the assistant store manager could. Was send back up to "customer service" (what a joke) and barely got two words out when "Vicki" said that there's nothing they can to and I'd have to contact the company directly. Told her i'd never go back there again. They just lost the $3000 a year I spend there. What kind of customer service is that?? I've seen a lot of lazy, obnoxious employees there in the past, so I guess that should be a clue as well, along with some third party harassing as you come into the door, something about do you own a home, windows or something, like a barker at the circus which is EXACTLY what this store is! Target just got a new customer!

The worst customer service of all Walmart locations- which clearly says so much. Tried to make a car tire apt, BUYING 4 tires. The manager if the Tire Center told me I cant make an apt, that I need to call in the morning to get scheduled?? Meaning they dont schedule tires apts, you are expected to come in and wait ALL day?? The tire manager was VERY rude - as always! So when I complained about this process, how other Walmart's dont do it that way and it LACKS customer service - He laughed and hung up on me. This isnt the first time He has dine that. He has done it to my wife multiple times. So I called to talk with the manager, I got the female assistant manager who listened but then said she would have the assistant manager of Tires call me back?? How ridiculous is it that she didnt handle the problem as she is the superior and instead just passed me off to a lesser authority. And a lesser authority to the Tire Manager who the complaint was actually about! We are done with Walmart l! The other Bullet logo franchise actually makes me feel important when I complain, handles issues and has helpful employees with better quality products. We got our tires done at Costco which is right behind that Walmart - the service was perfect, kind and smart. Do yourself a favor -GO ELSEWHERE FOR EVERYTHING!!

I went here to look at the price/ selection of glasses and ended up buying a pair! I had my exam done at a Target, but when I went to order glasses, they wanted over $150 and this was on top of my insurance covering $130 for frames. (all I needed was a small prescription pair of reading glasses)

While near by I checked yelp for a Walmart because I had some shopping to do so I drove over. The store looked like a newer one in a shopping center. As I walked in I thought that this is not the big Walmart that I'm accustomed to and as I walked around I couldn't find the deli, fresh produce or fresh meat departments. DAM I didn't even know that the old school Walmart's were still around because I thought they were all replaced with the big ones, this was more a market style Walmart not listed as a market but bigger.I found most of the items that I needed except the fresh groceries that I wanted. Selection was not as good as the bigger Walmart's that I'm used to so I would not stop back in the future and just go back to my store.

Absolutely rude. One of my contacts ripped and instead of driving to Waukesha and risking my life, I drove to the nearest Walmart hoping they could help me just once since I need to see to drive. No... they just turned me away. Never go there if you want real help or have a slight emergency. Oh and they told me I should always have a back up pair of glasses. I can’t afford to pay for contacts and a new pair of glasses, since my glasses broke. Hence, why I went to contacts...

My wife purchased frames, lenses and clip-on sunglasses in March. The vision assistant was very helpful and pricing was very fair. A couple weeks after purchase we drove to Florida for an extended vacation. One of the clasps on the sunglasses broke and they would not stay on the frames. We wanted to exchange the clip-ons at a local Florida store, but did not have the receipt. I called the Pewaukee store and the representative was so kind to look up the receipt and mail a copy where we are staying in Florida. The receipt was received in a couple days and we able to exchange the damaged clip-ons for new ones. That is what I call superior customer service.
